People, My younger brother has been putting music together for a long time now. Thought it would be good to finally get him some exposure. Start of with the opinions of a respected community So I attached one of his latest.... feedback of any variety is welcome. He doesn't listen to my feedback since I'm biased. I keep telling him to come to this place and hook up with the EKT crowd... thoughts? oh ... his myspace is www.myspace.com/pirateprogramming1 03_Mope_With_the_Bleed.zip

hey guys, i will now share my music with you. i was a bit hesitant, not because i'm afraid of criticism, but because i honestly don't think my style of ambient will appeal to many. it's loop based, very repetitive, w/ not much progress(if at all)... but pretty and comfortable i think. so i guess if youre into stuff like basinski, or biosphere's shenzhou you might like it. here are some tracks off my latest effort the wayward cloud 2:42 loop3 (fane of the path) 2:54 loop4 (ascending the stairs) 3:20 fall 5:37 if you're further interested, more here: http://freedomirc.net/~stefan/sam/mmh.htm thanks

[IA.003] Kumiko0 Okamura - MDDA (free mp3 release from Japan))

Intervall-audio releases Kumiko Okamura's MDDA album [IA.003], a collection of improvised first-takes recorded onto four-track tape, is full of elegy, poetry and violence — a dream-world that does not serve to prevent, but rather to invite, shock. The tracks on MDDA make us aware of the fullness of life. And they do so informed by a strong musical instinct. One hears K.H. Stockhausen making contact, Yoko Ono singing from inside a closet, Pierre Schaeffer manipulating reels, alongside borrowings from Cologne techno, Group Ongaku, Brian Eno's music for airports, and many other vanguard musics — all mashed together into a subconscious image of a sound country that…

lo.max in pieces

Hi everybody, I first would like to introduce myself. My name is Matze and until now I was looking around here for some time, as I concider most of you guys as pretty open minded music lovers. And that's exactly why I would love to get some feedback of yours for my just finished bachelor work. I produced an album under my alias Lo.max, in which I tried to combine all my different musical roots reaching from rock/punk over hip hop to more demanding electronical music, with the goal to break the boarders between all the existing stereotypes. I don't wanna spend too much words, so if you like take a listen: http://www.errorism.net/lo_max/lo.max - 01 h…

Trills - Citrus Drop
by Guest Gardenia- 3 replies

Hope you enjoy, Cheers http://archaichorizon.com/releases/ah015/ah015.html With slightly glitching beats and energetic analog synths Trills has created a lively style whose vibrancy is perfect for the early waking hours of the day. As Jonathan Jindra's first release, Citrus Drop stands out with its musical compositions that vividly color outside the lines and consistently shift hues to realize his animated sonic vision. "Thanksgiving Eve" starts the album off strong with its bouncy intro of rich caffeinated melodies incised across peppy beats. "Blurry Nautilus" is a sonic theme park filled with irregular moving sounds battling to be first in line. Mid…

http://www.myspace.com/cjspk Yaaaarrrrr (gyle), Were a Ukulele and Nintendo Gameboy, avant folk pop band* (try saying that out loud, if you make it in one breath I'll give you a bakers dozen of high fives [the rainbow sprinkle variety {Oh, by the way my name is Casey James and I love nesting punctuation}]). We'll see you're dozen and raise you a deuce if you check out our tunes, crisp off the stove like those fine Belgium pancakes (flap jacks, pancakes, whatever)... *It's an awful tag I know. Just think, sugar rush, booty on the floor, cartoon music mutations paired with thoughtful, visceral, lyrics and a flair for the bizaAAAaaarr (that last bit goes…

"it is believed that evil spirits, demons, vampires, trolls and even Satan are obliged to disappear at dawn, for, being creatures of darkness, they hate light, especially that of the sun." - "My Friend The Dawn" is a track by Milieu from his album "Our Blue Rainbow" - this remix will appear exclusively on his remix album "Our Blue Remixes" out on EED later this year.

Hello, here's an unfinished song... I don't really know what to do with it... maybe I'll leave it as it is... but I reckon it needs some work, what do you guys think? http://sisforawesome.com/upload/files/11/U...ed-untitled.mp3 It's sorta meant to be a filler between two other tracks but I could add more to the end of it to make it hold it's own better. Again, any comments would be greatly appreciated.

They're pretty experimental for the most part, just figuring out renoise and this is what i've come up with. The first song i made is "what dolphins do all day" probably my favourite of the 2, slow triphop The second "52 cards" is a drum n bass attempt, it's got a couple fun tunes in it.

UPDATED POST Hello there, Here's a track I were werkin' on over Christmas when I had no internet which made me a sad panda. It's a full length remix of one of the tracks from our last album (but more in the style of the bonus CD that came with it). It's a ambient droney 20 minute-er. If you're not really into drone stuff then I'd probably say keep away (its more minimal than our usual stuff). Download and stick on yer 'eadphones, and listen to in the dark, and let your brains switch off to sleep sleep land. The track kind of Tim Hecker / William Basinski / Keith Fullerton Whitman / DJ Olive - esque Happy sleeping  Pete.
