last night i made some stir fry with some leftover steak i had grilled the night prior. it had mushrooms onions and peppers in it. it was quite hearty and tasty, but afterwards it made me fart aggressively and profusely. they would come every minute for about an hour and a half in sets of 10, and i would deposit them straight into my leather couch. stern, staccato, and stinky. it just made me extremely, extremely gassy. it stank like bad meat gas, so you knew something was up with the meat. it was a flat iron steak, which i think is a shady cut of meat to begin with. well today for lunch, i ate it again. i figured, (a) i'm hungry, and (b) it tasted good. so i ate it, and now here i am, ripping ass into my chair, with probable diarrhea at the end of the tunnel. did i do the right thing? and furthermore, shall i do it again tomorrow (there's enough left for one more meal)?

Like the kind that serve shit like grass fed beef sliders with gorgonzola, garlic fennel aioli, and butter leaf lettuce served on an organic gluten free brioche? What do you think about this trend? Would you pay 10 dollars for something like this out of a truck?

If you ran a truck like this, how would you set yourself apart from other upscale "gastrotrucks"? Would you put big megaphones on the outside and blare idm as youre serving it up? I would definitely play aphex twin. So what yall think?

The New iPod Touch

Goddamn, I really thought I was finally going to be able to get an iPod of my own (my wife and kids have Nanos and Touches, respectively), but since I listen to National Public Radio on my way to work on the bus, I've held off getting one because only with the last gen of Nanos did they put in a FM radio. I was really hoping the Touch would finally get one on the next hardware refresh, but alas, it was not to be (yet).
