btw, i find rapidshare the fastest of the upload services.

the problem with rapidshare is you have to wait an hour an a half between downloads, so if someone sends me ten files on rapidshare, you have to be at ur computer all day to download them.

cheapass solution; if you delete the relevant cookies and reset your modem you don't
less cheapass one; accounts are VERY cheap, and mean no waiting; also, there are about a fucking million albums there for the taking on projectw as rapidshare links.

May I suggest that we PLEASE do not start compling a list of live dates for luke vibert as I'm not sure you understand just how often this guy plays...

We're talking about literally at least two apperances a week on average for the past 14 years.....

It will be really hard to spot which are downloadable. I could spend a whole weekend compling dates and weblinks but it's just a fucking waste of time!

What does everyone else think?

Perhaps an easier way to do it would be to compile a Notepad document of his live apperances, leaving the downloadable ones to be posted in this thread. It would certainly save a lot of clutter. What does everyone think?

i've already dreamed up a way so it will become immediately apparent which dates have media and which dont. i understand that its very hard on the eyes and will soon get better (prob starting tonite).

Pretty sure it is Luke, I've heard him play that first track before. Second one is supposed to be an unreleased Cylob mix of Jamie Lidell's 'A Little Bit More'.

BTTB 2007-02-15 Tide - Luke Vibert (1999)

does anyone have info on this, such as why two dates are attached to it?

also having trouble with the name of this file: 2001-05-11 - Reverb, Toronto, USA (Wagon Christ).mp3

Toronto USA? Toronto's in Canada.

Another question about the Snowbombing set, which has been confirmed, where did it take place?

2003-09-XX - from what i can tell Groodanje is a DJ and he is collaborating with vibert?

My info regarding these sets -

BTTB-X-Classics

Check out a list of all BTTB-X-Sessions at http://www.vinylizer.net/bttb/xseries.htm . You can decide which sessions you want to hear again. Just send a mail to the Vinylizer and tell him the name of the dj and the airing date.

The first mix in this X-Classics-series comes from Luke Vibert aka Plug aka Wagon Christ. In 1999 he wanted to do a 1hr-mix for BTTB, but after finishing it he decided to do a second hour, because his musical spectrum is too broad to fit into one hour. So he made a General Mix and a HipHop Mix. Both mixes are wicked and well worth listening to even after eight years.

Snowbombing was in Mayrhofen, Austria - http://www.snowbombing.com/en/

It's a music and snowboarding festival held every year. I believe aphex twin played the year before.
