Okay, I listened to it (again) and you're right, it's probably an attempt at a Lydian scale, since that scale seems the most likely, but when she does those stupid little "scoops" her voice drifts flat. Any other time, she sounds okay, but when she gets loud or "creative," her pitch suffers for it. I think it might have been a drawback to using a quieter track, since STBD is subtle anyway.

That aside, I'm pretty sure if BoC wanted vocals to one of their songs they would've done it themselves... Their music is meant to be instrumental.

Marcus: Sigh, looks like our great idea will have to wait 'till AFTER The Campfire Headphase is released.
