If Mr. Singh does indeed get credit for this, it would be pretty mindblowing, considering house was only starting around '82 anyway.

again, I´m not convinced about the credibility of this whole thing. . .

I´m not an AFX fanboy as such, but the whole thing bears so many similarities to The Tuss project etc.

why is it so hard to believe someone already did basslines with a 303, a thing it was designed to do already in 82 with a beat? it's not that a far out combination, that you might think.

Yeah shame there's no tweaking or accents on the 303. I guess it's those eastern minor scales that make it sound more acid than some of the early 80s 303 tunes.

The track I listened to was quite tasty, but I too noticed it wasn't tweaked much...perhaps that's more evidence this actually is from 1982. It reminds me of the Black Devil Disco Club buzz years ago.
