I just want to thank the various WATMM members for pointing him out. His music is some of the best shit I've heard in a long time.
He deserves his own thread.

I think it was Atop who I first noticed mention him, in a thread asking for artists similar to Plaid & Clark. Though I hear more Aphex Twin when I listen to Karsten, that is irrelevant. He is awesome.

I tried listening to Idhax on my way to work this morning but tracks 3-9 wouldn't play! The first 2 were good though.

I have been listening to Idhax this afternoon for the first time. Fucking hell, so good! And so different from the others I've heard thus far. More Autechre-y I'd say, where the others were more Aphex/Plaid. This is darker, more alien.
