I will be there. I will probably have a full festival pass cause I will visit the transmediale lectures and stuff with a course from my university.

Tri-Angle showcase with Balam Acab (US), Holy Other (UK), oOoOO (US), and Puzzle (UK).
A German debut, Tim Hecker (CA) will perform his concept album Ravedeath, 1972
Mark Fell (UK)

Yeah. But don't expect Berlin to be like this all the time - it is the exception to the rule. And the rule is boring techno (or minimal, how it was called some years ago) music.

This is looking more and more unlikely for me as the days go by :( I would recommend two events if you like ambient music.

// HAU 2

Catherine Christer Hennix (SE) – voice, computer, sine waves, live electronics
Amelia Cuni (IT) – solo voice
Franz Hautzinger (AT) – microtonal trumpet
Robin Hayward (UK) – microtonal tuba
Hilary Jeffery (UK) – trombone
Ralf Meinz (DE) – live sound, live electronics
Paul Schwingenschlögl (AT) – flugelhorn, trumpet
(Duration approx 240 min)

// 30 Years of Touch at Passionskirche
Jana Winderen (NO)
The Eternal Chord (UK)
Hildur Gudnadottir (IS)
Charles Matthews (UK)
Marcus Davidson (UK)
Eleh (US)
Organology (group improvisation)

So, someone attending?

I'm pretty broke so I can't afford the 90 or 130 euro ticket. I'll just stick to a minimum and go see Hecker at passionskirche, onehix point never with that live show and mohawke, anstam, lando kal at gretchen.
