I'm interested in this as well.
I will still be annoying and say Logic's Space Designer is one option.

It's more or less a compressed sweep that has been recorded in a location which can then be used to copy the natural acoustics of said location.

What he said, also the altiverb site has a video that does a good job of explaining this process.

i recently got altiverb but haven't tried it out yet. From the site it looks really good. But hella expensive.
