Indicator: Nice find!:) But I miss something: That AFX bassline!

I know it was a other unreleased track he played from that set too.

Macca, did you record something?

No, it isn't my recording and it isn't my music. I definitely picked it up from somewhere related to this forum, the file is called "Afxbuggery" and it does sound like him..... albeit quite old but still interesting :), no idea what gig it was played out at.

OK I finally got around to adding in the latest links.

If I was smart, I would have reserved the second post to get around the media limit... I don't suppose any admins could fix that?

As always if you find any more or alternate recordings please post them and I'll add them to the list.

I agree, the blend with "An english '93" of Internatonal Music System is great, but again, nothing is unreleased here.

Funny. I thought it was all his own work. He obviously uses other people's work in his live performances more than I have thought. Anyway, I've just listened to the track:

Doesn't have many views. If you haven't mentioned this track (An english '93) I would still think it's Aphex's own work, because nobody in the comments section of the video I have posted mentioned this track, and, to be honest, it does sound quite Windowlickerish to me. It's a great track, btw.

Actually, the track id has been mentioned below: http://www.youtube.c...fKoJYXRcLh0GDQY
And yes, he plays many other people's tracks, more than his own, always.

Weird, I missed that comment for some reason.
But seriously, I truly thought it was all his own work. That's also the part of Aphex's greatness - he makes the tracks of other people
appear in a different, more amazing light. It's actually quite interesting when you think that Aphex made something, and then you realize that he hasn't (Teddy Oggie, for example). It just tells you that we humans are eventually all so similar to each other.

What about the orchestral track that opened The Metz set when the fireworks were going off? I'm pretty sure that was an AFX original.

Great taste, I love I.M.S. Gotta get their first or second LP sometime... only have the Nonline 12" EP.

snowbombing track might be monolith, he played it out on one of his live gigs. as i've only heard him playing his own work it might be possible. in conclusion rephlex must have known him years before, as richard and luke played this track for ages
