On the 1st July "ELECTRONIC EXPLORATIONS" is releasing a 60 track compilation
ALL TRACKS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND UNRELEASED
Since 2007, the online show has been one of the more essential experimental music podcasts. Over 200 episodes (all of which are archived here), the site has done a neat job of keeping track of acts like Loops Haunt, Mike Paradinas, FaltyDL, Ramadanman, Mount Kimbie, Milanese and Surgeon.
EE founder Rob Booth is struggling to maintain operations due to increased costs, the podcast has run into some financial difficulty of late, owing to the cost of hosting it and his brand new website, so Rob’s decided to embark on a typically ambitious project.
As part of a fund-raising drive, he’s subsequently recruited a host of former podcast guests for a new compilation.The package is definitely good value: Electronic Explorations features 61 unreleased and exclusive tracks. The gargantuan tracklisting is below, but contributors include Wisp, Milanese, Deadfader, Broken Note, Bong-Ra, Loops Haunt, Hecq, Radioactiveman, Kahn, Forward Strategy Group, Darqwan, Machinedrum, Kowton and TVO.
Here's the tracklist ... It's only £5 so no need to torrent, whats the point, £5 is fuck all ... all proceeds will go to the costs of mastering the entire compilation, stable hosting and the cost of the brand new website which was certainly not cheap
