green room

a little weird watching a movie about kids so invested in hardcore punk. that shit is dead guys, it's not the 80s anymore. anton was channeling hudson from aliens, was expecting him to say "game over maaaan" at some point. deece movie for about half its run time, then it lapsed into some absurdly dumb horror stuff and never recovered.

keltoi come back

A demonic nun unleashes holy hell when she summons the devil to possess a great white shark.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3120314/

This was a good premise and I looked forward to see what they'd do with it. They failed. Turned it off after 5 minutes. They couldn't even afford a crude CGI shark with red eyes. Just some burnt out ex porn stars who'd been bitten off screen vomiting into the sea.

Maybe we can get a kickstarter to make a real version with a good script and a real shark.

Wreck It' Ralph

Incredibly overrated movie. It is basically Video Game references: The Movie

0/10

You aren't going to be a fan of the Ready Player One film.

watched a couple of Mel Gibson's movies which, though they were both a big deal when they came out, I avoided because, well... Mel Gibson.

Apocalypto: this was great. bit clunky and overwrought in some places but visually engaging and it had plenty to say.

The Passion of the Christ: awful, nothing but religious pornography. Satan was cool though.

I really like Apocalypto as well. I think it's generally frowned upon because Mel Gibson.

Where does one find Flight to Hell?

You can generally find Al Passeri films on amazon for a penny (As I did last night when I realised I haven't seen Creatures From the Abyss in years as my ex took the DVD when we split).

But I may stick all my Passeri films up on youtube soon, they deserve a wider audience.

Terminator 2, again. still a supremely worthy standard-bearer for an elite class of post-1990 action films that only admit a new movie in their ranks once every 10 years. (edit: and not one of the comic book shits made in the last 15 years is in there.)

Green Room

Enjoyable but felt a little over-complicated for such a simple story. Nice guts'n'gore.

Box cutters are dangerous/10

Embrace of the Serpent

Hard to find words to describe this. Feels like a dream you had about a classic film that never existed. Tis' a very accomplished piece of work, doesn't try to impress you at every turn - just lures you in deeper and deeper. Highly recommended

So what else is in there?
