modey Posted November 29, 2012 Share Posted November 29, 2012 I've been listening to Fizzarum's album Monochrome Plural recently, and while it's pleasant, I'm starting to realise why IDM kinda died in the early 2000s. Pretty, reverbed chords/melodies with clicky/glitchy microbeats kinda dominated the scene there for a while. Still, it's nice to listen to every now and then for a nostalgia trip. Frog Pocket recently just released another album called "Frog and the Volcano!" With regards to the piracy thing, I read this (albeit translated into English) earlier and thought it was interesting, even if not entirely the same.
