QBLA - Smokes Remixes

 

Following his excellent debut on Bewegung (Garment District Radio), QBLA returns with an EP consisting of 4 new remixes of Garment District Radio's excellent single, Smokes. These remixes consist of a glitched-out urban remix by Ghoul Abdul, an excellent IDM take by ERAS, some dubbed-out bliss by Bewegung regular Zander One, and a mellow downtempo take on the original by QBLA himself.

Thanks John... I tend to use samples from things that people talk about from time to time to see if they can spot them. :) BTW... I'm loving your Antique Electronic / Synthesizer Greats 1955 - 1985 Part 2 project! I can't wait for part 3.

 

on Lard Scar Hue, did you use Tom Sawyer? I was totally messing with that sample before I downloaded this! :)

This album sounds amazing. Smokes definitely was one of my favorites from GDR.
