Also, well done generalizing the Japanese as only capable of following the laws directly to the letter and not being able to interpret things differently. Yes there was a hand on the shoulder and so you can understand why a ref might give it, but it's disappointing to see such a soft pen given in such a big game, to the home team and then to disallow a fair challenge on Julio Cesar. The was a clear homer unfortunately for Croatia. They were pretty decent tonight and could well get through in 2nd place. Link to comment
