these are totally unmastered because someone made my compressor without tinning it so its corroding after half a year. GGGGGGGood going mate.

also halfway finished & i need to start something else or my brain is going to melt from listening to them too much

Really enjoying Zararustra. Great groove and bassline, and I'm quite impressed by the way the drums aren't overwhelming yet punchy. Bravo!

Acidica Houica 2 is awesome! Groovy and it makes you want to jump into the nearest car from the 80s and go on a rampage.

I really like the reverb on both Acidica Houica 2 and Zararusta.

I use Valhalla Plate & Vintage & a TC M3000, also a pcm70 but not in these tracks. Id be happy with the Valhallas, they are brill.

Lol theres still loads of timing issues in that acid track because my x0x was being clocked from USB into an A4 then into the modular so I need to literally go and edit all the the bits that are off. it was jumping all over the place lmao - you even hear a massive glitch partway through when it loses it, but I like it so I left it

Cheers. I feel like they would benefit from a sparkly new volca fm doing sparkles over the top but maybe I should just leave them and move on, stop trying to polish stuff.

They will be mixed better now my falling apart compressor is back because I have done before & they dont lose any energy or vibe

BCM - Your music resonates with me a lot. Seems we have similar tastes when it comes to fluffy funky acid techno

You should get some new synthesizrs, sounds like 3 versions of the same song. Pretty funky though.

they are x0x & modular & a bit of diva sometimes... the clemintine loop has a pro2 but yeah I know what you mean

I have got other synths but ive had to order new leads and midi interfaces and stuff :) then ive got a kawai k5000, jp8000 & waldorf Q plus elektrons to add. + 101 & ms20min I want a volca FM too

edit* im not arguing or anything, totally agree with what you say

Yeah, this happens to me too when i go on binge music making. I just switch some stuff up and kind of try to find new angle of the same setup and when I get a few different pieces (or not so different really) fleshed out I pick one I feel the most and just continue working on that leaving others behind, maybe salvaging and taking some bits from them and incorporating into the favorite one.

I just feel like maybe you`re spreading out thin good ideas over a few ok tracks when it could be one really good one.

what I dont do is take bits out of the left behind tracks and incorporate them into the good one, maybe I should do a bit of that.

I also bought a lot of kit at once so im still in workflow mode. ive got the acid & drums bit sounding enough so i know that workflow now, thats all these are really, me sorting out that part of the workflow. its other parts (lead/fx/general composition) that needs more effort now.

got a couple of usb midi interfaces so hopefully the Q/K5000/Pro2 can add the extra dimensions needed

Cheers, had a good night for once!    Im so annoyed about shapey down below, it was a patch on the modular and I recorded it like that & didnt learn how I made it, actually had good breaks coming out of it.   I know the sound but not the pattern

good stuff mate, complex minimal sounds a bit like tipper and i'm getting vague prodigy vibes from t junction...rolling under is cool, sounds like a fight between a synth and drum machine.

t junction is my favorite of the three
