This article is a total lol, basically everyone above has pointed out that really low bitrates sound bad and most people these days listen to at the very least 128 to 320 kbps audio. For some people unless they have a good DAC and amp they can't even tell the difference between a 320 MP3 and a 24/96 FLAC file. Over 90% of my library is in a lossless format but come on, anyone who knows the tiniest bit about digital audio knows that this article is reeeeeeeeeally ridiculous.
