I think the reason why it has a lot more boring parts, is this is ment to be mixed with a movie. I'm really thinking that. I suggest trying Fith Element, I dunno if that's it, but I bet this soundtrack goes PERFECTLY wih some film like that.

Right im not trying to be a cool dude but ive got the new Squarepusher Album. I thought id tell you. It is the fucking TITS MATE. Its probably the most accessible release so far. its much more stripped back than ever before.. Melody and harmony taking centrre stage now. rather than complex beat head fuk style You know Tetra Sync, the major minor keychange hair on the back of the neck sort of Cosmic union. Triumphant style? u know that, well its a lot of that vibes. Its fucking amazing, beautiful stuff. Tom is goin to put it out with a DVD! with a live performance in Turin and camden. and the second disk is this album. its so wicked!!! you are gonna love it!

"We can also reveal that the album will be released in a special edition including a bonus CD. We were hoping to fill you in a bit more this month, but unfortunately you’re going to have to wait a bit longer. We’re such teases." (Warp newsletter)

http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/collective/A16410791 On Music Process. 1. Hols_444 asks: In recent interviews you appear warmer. Has age has lifted the strain and pressure of the creative process? Does your high stature allow you to relax a little? Or is the pressure to explore even more always a factor? I'm more curious about the personality behind music. Squarepusher: Luckily for me the creative process has never been a strain. Possibly because it wasn't a strain, it ended up being my main activity. Who deliberately seeks discomfort? As far as high stature goes, if I was to take that at all seriously I'm sure it would make me anything but relaxed! One of the reas…

Anybody feels that whatever Squarepusher will do in the future, well nothing will ever compare, or top... his Breezeblock set in 2004. It's the ultimate modern electronic music setpiece that will never be topped by him. It's like we had the 1997 period (Come to Daddy, Hard Normal Daddy Chiastic Slide), then a step up in 2001 for all major electronic music artists (Confield, Drukqs, GoPlastic), then nothing happened, nothing was fresh until that set. The Big 3 were all stagnant (Autechre goes in circle, Aphex jerks in a circle) ... until the Breezeblock mix. Man that set is THE ULTIMATE electronic music SET. Nothing on his previous albums is close to it _as…

I picked up the awesomeness that is Hello Everything yesterday and it came in the cheapest crappiest cd case I've ever seen. The cover of the case was paperboard which wasn't too terrible but the inside, the part that the cd rested in was made out of a styrofoam like material, simliar to packing peanuts but a little harder. As soon as I popped the cd out it started to disentegrate. The clip in the middle that is supposed to hold the cd in came apart so now no cd will stay put in the case. Also, there were little bits of the stuff under the cd, some of which spilled out and some of which stuck to the disc. Anyone else get the same kind of case? Hello Everything, the …
