Hi, this is my first post in this forum. Under the name of Genox Project, "The Starship of ten thousand years" is the last musical demo in which I hope to work before devoting my free time to writing. It is, and that is why it is not surprising, a project linked to the cinema and science fiction literature, which tells a story, which I will also develop in the form of different science fiction stories, one for each theme of the album. Hi all! I'm a long time lurker and a new member. I've been making music for about 12 years, on and off. Stylistically my tracks are all over the place. I make tunes to entertain myself and have a laugh. If some of you like them, that's great! If you don't like them, that's great too! Soundcloud has just been a place to archive my tracks, basically. I've done nothing to share my music or promote it or anything. The oldest tracks are digital, while the newer ones are mostly analog. The oldest track was made 12 years ago. Hey guys, Been experimenting with making production music last months. Also as a motivational tool to build a portfolio for e.a. cinema, video games and advertising soundtracks. Curious what you guys think of the output! Any tips on mastering and mix are very welcome of course, or harmony, which I'm not that familiar with as a previously experimental noise maker ? Main tools btw: Ableton 10, Spitfire instruments, Ozone8, Serum and Prism Cheers

made some xmas acid/braindance. been a while since i jammed out and made anything working mainly on my 2-d artwork stuff these days but had fun trippin out and making this one. friendsamples//volca beats & volca modular// reason 10// macbookpro laptop. unmastered and the mix is pretty rough, basically a wip but might evolve into something more refined.

I was not able to create a new account so I will just post the tracks in this topic. All my future songs will go into this one topic. I listened to some of my old songs and thought they were not so bad. I then removed the drum and made a better one. I tried to mix the whole better I created layers and made variations in these layers I used Neutrone on each track and master buss and ozone on masterbus I completely changed the song and this is the result: Victorious by Mozex:

ive got a few things on soundcloud , this is the thing from tonight. obvious influences but i thought someone here might like it. mostlly ER-1 and digitakt mangled through Boss se-70 (popular fx from early 90's warp acts ) bassline added later on , from an avalon bassline with SEM filter. I'm learning how to mix...which is probably obvious from the track.

So, this is pretty cool. Got chosen as a runner-up in this remix contest - lots of interesting takes on this track (including a lot of talented folks) so pretty happy to be in the final compilation. A good experience too - particularly 'cause this is not my usual genre of music so was fun trying to figure out how to put a personal stamp on it. Links to the track on my Soundclown and the artists post with the compilation (worth clicking through to hear the other remixes - my m8 (Broken Cradle) got 2nd and his version is FANTASTIC)

I started to write these tracks originally for the WATMM's Most IDM 2018 compilation ("Hiding the fact that you automated your own job"). I had fun creating them so I ended up making several and now that it seems that the compilation is never going to happen I'm going to be putting the tracks to SoundCloud.. Basically these are short ambient loops with shit tons of automation and randomization. They could go on playing forever. What I'll try to do is to render them to some comfortable length. A word of warning: The tracks have absolutely no structure or progression. All progress that they might seem to make is completely due to chance and they will return to form…
