EKT New Releases
Just finished a new EP or LP you'd like to share or announce to your fellow EKTers? This is the place for it! Please only post about "finished" works, no one-off tracks or WIPs - that's better suited for YLC or EKT General Discussion. Also, if your works appear on a compilation, be sure to get the permission of the compilation owner before posting any links to download tracks - yours or the compilation in general.

"selcted wrks 10-13" is, as the name implies, a compilation of tracks written between 2010 and 2013. They don't really have much in common. The order of playback doesn't matter anything, I placed tracks the way there are some contrasts between them though. You can download the album at Bandcamp. Tracklist: [03:45] 01. prism [05:08] 02. Matt Lange - It Gets Better (lwpss remix) [03:14] 03. so wrong [05:52] 04. #003153 [04:20] 05. megaprime [04:32] 06. cold.sun [06:56] 07. mpthy [04:17] 08. sunset [03:27] 09. soad [06:12] 10. moonbow [06:26] 11. empathy [06:24] 12. acqua alta Some highlights: http://soundcloud.com/lwpss/prism?in=lwpss/sets/20…

Hey yall..........Z! I just wanted to promote my back catalogue of music. I really wish I would have found a perfect fit of a label and been promoted and find a larger audience, but for now this is what it is: BANDCAMP! I also use soundcloud. I've been thinking of ponying up for a premium account and uploading the whole shebang catalogue. Super fan helper with artwork suggested that. We'll see. want to hear a cool album of mid 2000's electronic with sparse vocals to suprize you? Jdsy - Marcus OP find it on jdsy.bandcamp.com for download. Give it a listen in the ride or for a walk. or if you're at home

01. intro 02. k9 pharaoh 03. reverse cowbell 04. 99987 delta 05. cold night 06. militant syndrome 07. gangstas in the streets 08. sovereign factions 09. foreign key 10. klylop 11. my drinking song Here are some tracks I've been working on for the last half a year or so. Its a varied affair, as I seem to have a mental block about sticking to one style for too long, as such hopefully there is something for everybody. I had a hilariously fun time making most of these songs, and hopefully it comes off in the music. Soundcloud set link Bandcamp link to buy/download

Lunks EP

Lunks is a "fresh" french duo where Electronica, Deep, Techno and Jazz are the main aesthetic directions. Complex polyrhythms and scale progressions are the building blocks of their first groovy EP. The two tracks draw a connection between two parallel sound dimensions. A deep bassline and resonant chords are floating asynchronously through the "Magellanic Clouds". The sound space is maximized on "Massaz" with many cosmic pads and dark atmospheric synth. Syncopated and ragtime beats accentuate catchy choruses and produce an original fusion between melodic lines and synchronized patterns. Tracks : 1- Magellanic clouds 2- Massaz http://soundcloud.com…

[RVR0125] Ascend Silver Poison/To The Lovers, Farewell - Live At The Full Moon Club Cardiff

[RVR0125] Ascend Silver Poison/To The Lovers, Farewell - Live At The Full Moon Club Cardiff Recorded Live at The Full Moon Club Cardiff on 27th March To The Lovers, Farewell take a back seat on this recording with the glitch, whilst Ascend Silver Poison slowly push the boundaries of drone and avant garde. The delayed stoner guitar, lushous vocal loops and splintered electronics dominate the first 10 minutes of the set, but at ten minutes or so the glitch is apparent from To The Lovers, Farewell. At 20 minutes or so the smooth drone comes crashing in harder than before. credits released 14 May 2013 Kairi Parker Shikari (ASP) - Vocals, Electronics, Mastering, …

[RVR0123] Elizabeth Veldon/To The Lovers, Farewell - Four Poems
by Guest redvenicerecords- 0 replies

[RVR0123] Elizabeth Veldon/To The Lovers, Farewell - Four Poems Elizabeth Veldon is mostly known for the abrasive lengthy drone compositions and minimalistic pieces that are usually titled with sprawling thought provoking sentences of meaning. All that experimental comfort has been removed from this release and only the spoken words remains. To The Lovers, Farewell in their usual state explore the depths of harsh noise, varied harsh electronics and purely screamed rants of improv. For this release I take control of strings and pianos. Doesn't that seem punk to you? http://redvenicerecords.bandcamp.com/album/four-poems

This is a single from my solo project Public Transport. If you like Ulrich Schnauss or '90s shoegaze, you'll probably like this- but I'd like to think that I've gone a bit beyond my influences and developed my own sound. I haven't been finding enough music that I want to hear, so I end up writing my own music to listen to- although I won't deny that it's nice when other people enjoy it too. http://publictransport.bandcamp.com/album/dark-days

Petrichoir (Ten and Tracer)

Greetings friends, I've come to share a new project I've been working on for some time now. It's an alias for releasing my 'turboblazed' music - wherein I get psychedelically stoned and make hip-hop-like music. (I live in Colorado, USA where getting psychedelically stoned is legal, ok? We cool?) At the onset, I quickly grew quite fond of the results of such sessions, but never saw an opportunity to release them as I've set the bar rather stupidly high for my Ten and Tracer music.* This year, I decided to just release the stuff under a different alias - take the opportunity to be a hypocrite and contradict whatever philosophy I've developed in my 15 years of …

http://djsaint-hubert.bandcamp.com/album/garbageworlds-1-48 I made this a while ago. Basically I set a bunch of rules up for myself, these ones I remember 1) except for the first track, nothing can be composed. Any 'notes' must be improvised or produced in some way through the modular synth, for example with LFOs. Any traditional key presses are randomly generated. 2) each successive track samples the previous one, if not directly, by modulating stuff in the new track. Possibly both at once. 3) no re-takes (I might've broken this rule once or twice but for the most part I followed it) 4) No matter what just keep going. Well obviously I quit eventually but here is the …

[RVR0118] To The Lovers, Farewell - Live @ Wagon and Horses, Birmingham Jason Bernard, of Periphiral Records, invited us to play at the Wagon and Horses on the 13-04-2013. We Were supporting AX, Iron Fist Of The Sun, TrepaneringRitualen and Anemone Tube along with Dry Greed. Was not happy with the performance at the time and pretty much sulked the night away. After hearing this though, and the numerous people who congratulated us I guess I like it now. Thanks to Jason Bernard for inviting us, Lee Howard(IFOTS) for the album trade, Rupert Bell for the Venetian Snares comparison and anyone else we may have forgotten. Cheers! http://redvenicerecords.bandcamp.com/albu…

[RVR0112] Der Domestizierte Mensch - Und sie kamen zu vernichten was sie nicht verstanden A death industrial release that really caught my ear on first listen. Heres what the artist has to say about it: "DDM is an German Industrial-Noise-Experimental Project by Marvin Marvinson. Homebase is Leipzig, East Germany. First release in 1997 on tape as self release. After a break I reactivated my project in 2008 and made some CDr's for my own label MAP (Marvins Audio Products). Since I use MySpace and later Facebook I came in contact with many great people and made some nice stuff for different labels. Most as free download. My other project is 'Problem Anderer Leute…

Kepler Verge is a celestial journey throughout the cosmos as the sounds of space come together into this 6-track album. Space ambiance with powerful yet subtle pads, synth leads of an off-worldly nature, and wonderful percussive elements, Bewegung Records proudly introduces The Friendly Ones. This is a new collab project started between me and fellow EKTer, Friendly Foil. This EP is the first of (hopefully) many releases from us in the future. We each did our own tracks but the only thing is we're keeping a secret who did which track - so bonus points if you can figure out all 6!!! hope you guys like it. Check it out!
