He was a self taught web programming prodigy with a trust fund and a penchant for edgy, dangerous behavior. She was an aspiring graphic designer, jaded on the let downs of modern youth culture and electronic music. They found each other on the underground site watmm.com. This is their love story

Online Poker 1 2 3 4

Anyone here play Online Poker? And if so, which do you play? I'm on PokerStars at the moment because I was pulled in by a freeroll tournament that could pay out a couple of hundred quid, but it was obviously pretty impossible when 7000+ members enroll and those that have money in their accounts can bully the bets with automatic re-buys. It must've been quite the hunting ground for professional gamblers actually. Anyway, we should play Poker, WATMM.

so, over the last few years ive amassed some 800/900 gigabytes of techno tunes on a number of hard drives. through multiple crashes, backups, and general disorganisation id say that maybe 300 gig of this is badly tagged duplicates, and another 100 gig is just stuff i dont want any more. do you guys have any recommendations for software that will easily allow me to sift through and get everything tagged and located neatly in under say, the 2 weeks its looking like it will take me to do it manually through traktor? thankyou.

So I moved to St. Paul, which is in a reasonable driving distance from Detroit, and I know Detroit was (or still is) a large electronic music culture hub. Is there anything anyone can recommend seeing or visiting there, like studios with tours or music museums or something? Or did I move two time zones away from Experience Music Project for nothing?

Ideas on how to fuck with a car company 1 2
by Guest Franklin- 36 replies

So I have a fully loaded 2006 Audi A4 with only 150000 kms. It's beautiful to look at. It's beautiful to drive. However it's had just over 20 grand in repairs since 2010. Half of that has been covered by Audi, the other half by me. Clearly there is something wrong with the car but Audi is stonewalling me. I've asked them multiple times to look at the vehicle and consider buying it off of me for its current value. They've offered me 1 grand off a brand new Audi lol which I told them they could shove up their asses. I've tried to deal directly with the president of Audi Canada but he's basically told me to fuck off. At this point I'm interested in fucking with th…

This is separate from the Thrones thread, which I'm not a fan of since it's too slow for me, but Dinklage is the star in the making there. Not to mention he's convinced everyone he's British and not from New Jersey. He was great as Mini Drunk Uncle on SNL, and now he's stached up to play Oliver Trask in X-Men: Days of Future Past, one of the greatest 80s X-Men stories by far. I hope he can transition into the first little person leading man, I think he has the charisma to pull it off. http://io9.com/peter-dinklage-sports-a-70s-mustache-on-the-set-of-x-m-509918663

I'm going to Barcelona in two weeks and I haven't got any new t-shirts to take away with me. I've looked in the obvious places Bleep, Boomkat and a couple of record label sites but othing has stuck out. Godspill has some pretty weird t-shirts but I'd look odd in any of them. If anyone could recommend where to find idm related, nice geometric graphic design, etc. You'd make me feel better about my insecure self while I'm on holiday.

A game for my mom 1 2
by gaarg- 37 replies
- 2.1k views
So, my mom has been playing solitaire poker the last few months and I asked her if she wanted to play something new and better and she went yes. So I started thinking that there are like a million games out there, but I never played any of those sunday ones, that are basically made for housewives. Can you suggest some for me? She is not too bright a person, but not stupid either. She clicks really slow, so no action. She probably hates violence and porn so don't go there... It would be better if it was a standalone game then a browser one, though it's not that big a problem. Thanks.

Forgiveness 1 2

do you tend to forgive people rather easily? are there people that you have vowed, never to forgive? sometimes, as i sit and think of the people that i've emotionally or physically wounded, or that have emotionally or physically wounded me, in my past, it is almost as though they beckon to me, to either ask for their forgiveness or to give mine.

"There were horrific scenes in Penryn on Friday when a man chopped his ding-a-ling* off with a kitchen knife in front of horrified onlookers. The 43-year-old man, who lives in the town, could be seen running along Mutton Row at around 8.45pm, allegedly naked. He then brandished the knife and cut off his ding-a-ling*, before collapsing to the ground. A spokesman for South Western Ambulance Service said paramedics arrived just before 9pm the man was “bleeding heavily” and had fallen unconscious when they found him. The police received the initial call from a member of the public, to say there was concern for a man. A spokesperson confirmed that there was no one else involved…
