Article "We’re shooting two films back-to-back, so I’m writing two scripts, not one, which will complete a [three]-film story arc – not really a trilogy, but just an overall character arc so I’m pretty excited about that." Not really a trilogy. yeah James, and you're 'not really' a prick are you? Oh hang on...yes you are.

These days, Coalbucket PI is one of my favourite WATMMers. He's a smart, considerate, funny guy - and a real asset to the board. That's why today, I'm happy to celebrate his birthday. Many happy returns, old sport. Won't you join me in raising a glass? *CLINK* Cheers!

This image shows up in a Ludacris video. (Money Maker) At 2:18 you can clearly see the rental tag in the window of a swanky car. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nWAGLkyxQG0 Do you guys have any more? Poorly photoshopped album covers are also welcome.

I'd like to look at some clothing styles without the commercial attitude that accompanies most fashion stuff. Obviously it is gonna be pretentious. Now the definition of pretentious would seem to make any fashion website pretentious. However, I'd just like to see a website where I can look at pictures of people's clothing and haircuts and stuff like that. Nice ensembles without descriptions about "what's hot" and shit like that. I want to see pictures of the kind of odd and kooky clothing that you see people wearing at festivals. Really I'd like to see some kind of wiki for styles of clothing and hair and shit that places less emphasis on the person weari…

Amazon WTF

So I've started trying to learn Japanese again. To help me in this endeavour, I've decided to get a Japanese language children's book. They should be written in simple Japanese, and my ability to read it should be a rough indicator of how well I know Japanese. I had no luck trying to find one on Amazon with the terms "Japanese children's book", so I tried something creative. I took the Japanese term '本の子' (honnoko, children's book) and put it into Amazon.co.uk. I shit you not, this was the first result: edit: possibly NSFW So, what, do they think Japanese people looking for books with children in them must be looking for this? What is going o…

This is premiering tonight, unfortunately at the same time as Futurama. Will it suck? It has the same guy playing Wilfred that played him in the original, which is cool, and it has Elijah Woods (+3.5 boner points.) I'm not sure.

So I've built this sort-of 'chatroom with a playlist' thing that lets you upload music and all listen to it at the same time. Its a bit like mumuplayer, but not quite the same. People have been popping in and out to test it - thanks for that - but for it to be really fun you need at least 4 or 5 people in the room, and the more the better. I'd like to see how it runs with 10 or so people, so: Watmm is cordially invited to http://87.106.106.142/Room/watmm on Wed 18th May, at 20:00 uk time thats 15:00 est (ny), 12:00 pst (la), or 19:00 gmt (also pop round any other time too if you like. its always there) retrospective edit: new ip

Released pretty recently. It had a bunch of clones with sunglasses, and they all morphed together to form snakes and balls and stuff like that and it had the most over-the-top action scenes I've ever seen. It was posted on this website a few months ago.

http://thesparkreport.com/branding/apple-to-block-iphone-photography-video-recording-at-concerts This seems very "1984" to me. Your not allowed to film with your iphones at gigs, so we will send out a signal to block your equipment. So why the fuck do you put high quality video cameras on your equipment if you do not want people to use them? It does piss me off though when half the crowd at the gig are constantly taking photos / videos rather than enjoying the moment. But then if youve paid the (usually excessive) ticket prices to get in, within reason you should be allowed to act how you please...

Don't know if this has been posted before: http://creativedance.org/about/braindance/ This "dance" is an excellent full body and brain warm-up for children and adults and can be done in any setting. The BrainDance may be used as a warm-up for any physical or cognitive activity; before tests, performances, and presentations; after sitting for long periods of time; as a break during computer work and TV watching; and to increase energy and reduce stress. It is a centering body/brain movement tool for brain reorganization, oxygenation, and recuperation. The BrainDance prepares us for learning and helps with appropriate behavior and social skills. The BrainDan…
