circlont14 is my fav so far. damn, produk is so vibert. he even does that little switch from 4/4 to triplet-feel bassline thing that vibert is so fond of.

They're also not from the beginning of every track like the first set, so you can get a bit more of tracks 2-6. the extract from circlont6 on this set of extracts is fucking nuts. i have a diamond hard music boner that even anthony fantano doing a lapdance in front of me couldn't quench.

In breaking news, Apple have announced the cancellation of the iWatch, and that everyone who woke up to find the new U2 album on their iTunes will have it replaced with the new Aphex Twin album, Syro, instead. Apple CEO Tim Cook was quoted as saying 'We're so, so sorry. Really, IDKWTF we were thinking. I quit.'

In the editor, click on the polaroid with a tree on it, paste image url. Any best method for uploading a pic to get the URL? Says tinypic/twitter etc aren't supported :( upload it to imgur, then use the img and /img tags to link here.

recently i made a roast pork loin marinaded in barbecue sriracha sauce, with creamy mash, and braised asian red cabbage. the red cabbage was definitely the unexpected star of the show, so here ya go: 1 tsp vegetable oil 3 star anise 2 cardamom pods 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped/microplaned thumb-sized piece of ginger, finely chopped/microplaned 75ml rice vinegar 50g sugar 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 head of red cabbage, cored and roughly chopped 2 spring onions, roughly chopped 1 tbsp sesame oil smash the star anise and cardamom in a mortar and pestle and remove the cardamom shells heat veg oil to near smoke point fry star anise, cardamom, garlic and ginger until fragrant add sugar, rice vinegar, and soy and bring just barely to the boil add the red cabbage, reduce to a low simmer, and cover braise for 30 minutes, stirring frequently uncover and simmer for another 15 minutes to reduce the broth stir in 2/3 of the spring onions and sesame oil to finish serve, garnished with the last 1/3 of the spring onion SO GOOD

This one has potential...still, if it's out there then it is either official or fake This sounds like an LFO cover version done in Fruityloops with a few reverbed SAW1 vocally bits. Oh and a jarring, incongruous SH101 bit. Yall have mushrooms for ears.

Lornaderek featured his parents, Lorna and Derek James. At the time, Nannou and Nanou2 were rumoured to be named after his then-girlfriend, who was French. The last track on SYRO is apparently named after his wife. Honestly though, let's keep his family/relations out of this and afford the man some respect - discussing tracks obviously named after them is fair game, but as exemplified by my above dip into gossip-ville, it's a slippery slope for sure. I can't help but be amused by the idea of his son following in his footsteps - kids are awesome and the best hope of any parent (myself included) is your children exceed your own abilities and goals by light years. I always assumed his son was featured on multiple tracks on the Come To Daddy EP. Listening to it again this week had me wondering. If that's his kid, then he'd be around my age. that's just processed/pitchshifted RDJ
