Yep, odd coincidence, for sure! Also, from the link I posted earlier re: Dead Sea rave: http://noyzelab.blogspot.com.au/2013/04/afx-dsp-box-commission-2002.html it all started when we were on the rephlex tour of turkey / israel / egypt in 2000, me & damo were doing video projections/vj. that was a time! rephlex co-founder grant was asked by Spannered "What are the 3 most cherished memories you hold from 20 years of Rephlex?" one of which was : — a super fat Turbosound system with a few thousand ravers and 16 of my posse on the edge of the Dead Sea in Israel. In other words, being in a band of travelling minstrels, taking serious tunes for nice people all over the world, trying to do our bit for science with music.

  7. I wonder how long they'll prevent it from leaking. Anyway, do you guys know if it's possible to (partially) cancel a pre-order at bleep ? I bought the LP and CD, not knowing the Japanese edition would have an bonus track. Am considering grabbing the CD from Amazon/HMV.jp instead, even though I'm scared it might turn quite expensive... I cancelled the CD part of my order for this reason. They were very swift about it. I just sent an email to support@bleep.com
  8. we all are mostly bored hint?

  10. Barcode also links to Hitman 2: Sniper: http://eandata.com/lookup/0123456789012/
  11. That barcode is a real EAN/UCC-13 for Kenny Klein - Muses. Kenny Klein (born 1955, New York City) is an American Celtic, folk and country musician, a published author, playwright, actor and poet. He is an elder and a High Priest in the Blue Star tradition ofWicca.[1] Klein is a noted fiddler, and plays styles ranging from Irish and British to jazz and swing.
  12. Detection is negative for foldface.jpg using stegdetect Tried fake barcode as passphrase on foldface-w.jpg. Nothin'
  13. I ran stegdetect on it and it said: Corrupt JPEG data: 13057 extraneous bytes before marker 0xc4 foldface-w.jpg : jphide(*) Using the UI for stegdetect, the Detection column says jphide(*) I tried numerous passphrases (incl. strings from the exif) with jpseek but got nowhere.

  16. Sean and Rob, it has been a true pleasure participating in this q&a with you. Your music has been an inspiration and a conduit to new and heightened experiences for me and my best friend since we first stumbled upon it. Thank you so much for your music and your time and best of luck and health to you both in the future.
  17. Have you guys heard The Wizard mixes? Awesome stuff. https://soundcloud.com/walt74/sets/jeff-mills-is-the-wizard-1986 Do you have 'The Sounds of Star Wars'? Recommended... http://starwars.com/shop/books/the_sounds_of_star_wars/
  18. not nitpicking - but golden ratio isn't really numerology yeah too much, that stuff's deadly nah i wouldn't say that, but they sometimes fill a void that seems to present itself never used that, is it a sega tracker thing? i only ever played the console i never tried to make tracks with one Have you tried Speculoos (aka Biscoff) spread? Perhaps even deadlier... no but i will where do i get that from? Don't blame me if you gain a massive amount of weight! This is the mass-market stuff. You can probably find it in most grocery stores: http://www.amazon.com/Biscoff-Spread-14-oz/dp/B005IZHXGG And this is the best speculoos spread I've ever had: http://arcadianyc.com/Products/View/19935 Try it on a liege wafel (made with pearl sugar so it's a little crunchy).

  20. Sean (another Max/MSP question, sorry!) -- you mentioned on another forum years ago that SuperCollider has, what Rob said is a 'deluxe' sound 'out of the box' and that over time you've worked out what MSP objects have that sound. Can you mention a few which you currently consider to be the best sounding for your regular use?
