  3. i dont know anymore, I listened to Go Plastic on a train ride recently and while it is masterful in parts some of it hasn't aged too well. The production/engineering on the album leaves a lot to be desired. Sequencing and arrangement wise it's still one of the best out there, but the way the breaks are eq'd and mixed sounds very thin and sort of light weight compared to Steinvord. If Tom is involved in Steinvord I doubt that he had much to do with the final mix, the breaks are just much more beefy and aurally satisfying sounding. .........................................................
  4. yeah, seems a bit weird. I thought ovuca was his hardware name? maybe it's all made on hardware or whatever.

  15. what I find quite funny is that he used Sony Vegas of all things for editing stuff on Ultravisitor. like 50 cycles which apparently took him months to make and had an insane amounts of edits in it.
  16. eh, the footage of "him" using reaktor and cooledit and stuff is obviously stock footage sliced in in this interview . he's stated a few times that go plastic was made using the qy700, fs1r, tx81z, s6000 and eventide orville+dsp4000. the eventides are pretty damn powerful, especially when you start to control various parameters over midi. it doesn't sound that impossible to me that he did it without a computer.
