  1. Yes, you read the title correctly,

I was reading the forum years ago and someone posted a link to a website for a book that doesn't exist, the website was pretty old and had some really strange theory about I think alien life on earth. Let me just say, it was pretty far out. The website was quite strange and I think the person who did it had a similar belief as Erich von Däniken https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erich_von_Däniken
However this very old and odd looking website was referring to a book that apparently newer was written.
If anyone can remember something I am open to anything.

You might ask why I am looking for the website, I have been thinking about it and I found it so strange that I just want to re-read and see if I can make any sense of it. I have not gone mad or anything.

  2. Ap iazu’s Hagen is a mass of delicately orchestrated sounds from the chambers of a sole resident of earth. With delicate touches and gestures of humble sincerity, the various styles of Ap’s music nods towards many a different points of reference. Tropical noises from isolated pacific isles, passes by the electrified voices of concrete dystopian dreamers - imaginations wrapped in a melodic tissue of synthesis. The mind is warped with plasticine daydreams and sequential bewilderment.

  3. Awww man, this breaks my heart to hear - on the technical side of things, all samples, presets, notes, setups etc. might also be gone...
There is only one thing to do, push on even harder. The love for what you do should never be stop - Sometimes the downsides of life gets you up even stronger...
Well easy to say one might say, but I have been in the same boat with stolen computer and harddrives, harddrives turning into garbage and without a roof living in a shit basement without any windows and moist all over. I am sure you are reading this at some point, so keep going, we love your music and you should be proud.

One a side note, there is for the most time a reason for liking to mess with gear, staying indoor and living in a sort of fantasy world while making music, being social is not always easy, so I hope it doesnt have anything to do with stress or anxiety.

  4. Oh I meant to write MFB 502, it like that machine a lot, but the 522 is good as well. They are just very hard to come by today.

I agree with you they do sound a little flat, but with a little chorus and turn up the "DCO instability" and it starts to sound like something. It's a neat little trick that DSI implementet. Also the new OS is really great.

  5. Hi, yes it's great fun but also the reason I never really see sunlight anymore, my teeth are sharper and I get urge for blood.

No sadly it's the Semblance V.2. I call the grey version V.1. I would really love to get my hands on a Nyborg, I like that sub osc. A big fan of Analogue Solutions.

I used to have a Telemark V.1 but sadly I had a few bad years so I had to sell it, and the Semblance doesn't seem to sound quite the same.

To be honest it took a lot of years to get this stuff put together and lot's of late hours at work.

I did some retagging of the first batch and uploaded them again as well as the new ones. I've made two archives so if you're looking for the last 40 you can download just those separately.

    Tracks 1-112: https://mega.co.nz/#!sMBh1RRR!LteXZWa0-a-p1-TwjWnxIA_3cc6gtQMCdUvGb50gguI

    Tracks 113-152: https://mega.co.nz/#!pJB1lQTQ!vwx_WR4-KAFLxJovJMMEjVxB_f9MUpiGZd85f8-8B68

File names are still as downloaded from Soundcloud, I took some liberties with the tags though.

Artist and Album tags for all tracks are now 'AFx' and 'Sc' respectively. There's some extrapolation or assumption on my part that that's what would have been used for the earlier files as well if he'd planned ahead on making them downloadable, and for the sake of uniformity I've ignored the few exceptions in the last batch that had different or no tags.

Track numbers are still the order they were uploaded in, and the title tags as on Soundcloud (i.e., including the numbers, and any capitalization or other differences from the file name). Comments and artwork for each track are in the tags too. Not included are the hashtags from SC (there are very few that aren't "afx" or "early afx" or similar anyway) and any tags from the original files besides the comments (e.g., the Traktor or iTunes stuff).

I've also stopped using the Total Tracks tag as there is/was no predetermined number of tracks anyway, and this way if he decides to ever upload anything again, I don't have to go back and change the older sets. Unless something happens that gives me the urge to revisit the tags of course.

Again, if anyone downloads this, it would be nice to let me know if I messed up somewhere (missing or bad files/tags/whatever), with so many tracks it's getting easy to overlook things.

    Thank you!!!!

Yeeees, thank you, I have a hard time keeping track of all the tracks, trying to track everything down but it's so tracking hard.

No for real, I appreciate that this is being uploaded, I would never be able to sort everything out my self

Here's 2 dedications to Rephlex, if it is now indeed de-funked:

A video from one of their Rephlex Assault tours

and my upload of the classic Rephlex Radioshow

Do you remember when Rephlex had a video section on their website? They also had a pretty comprehensive page for each artist on the label. Those were the days. That's where I first saw Psultan and No Rap No Rock...Lektrogirl, you so cool!

You got this 2000 show someplace on the interwebs for download in 320/Flac?
