  7. That was seriously one of the most fun sets I'd ever played. One of those "Don't take yourself so seriously" types of moments. ;)
  8. He also played 2 Qebrus tracks. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
  9. Words I never thought I'd read and believe in my life.
  10. Yes. This is, unequivocally, an afterparty. Saturday NIGHT and Sunday NIGHT. AFTER the festival. This has been a source of confusion for people, but the dates are technically accurate. I just want it to be known to ANYONE reading this.
  11. Not much of a "going outside of my apartment" guy, but there's Cactus Music... (I agree about Soundwaves. Place is just around the corner from where I live, and it's definitely fallen into "Weird surf shop" mode).
  12. It's an excellent lineup. I'm really happy that I finally don't have to travel far to see good artists. :)
  13. It actually starts closer to 1:30We'll have a schedule posted soon. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk

  15. Day for Night just posted this today: "For clarification to our attendees: - Registration secures your ability to experience the Björk Digital exhibition. However, it is not the only way to see it. There will be a wait line for attendees. Registration merely allows you to avoid the line. - Those who have not registered will still have the ability to get in line to see the Björk Digital exhibition. - Registration is not required to see Björk’s performances on Friday and Sunday. - Registration for the exhibition was totally free. We encourage you not to buy a spot to see the exhibition as we cannot verify it’s authenticity. We apologize for the confusion and we’re making every effort to make sure as many as possible can take part in this wonderful experience."
  16. I would think it was "They come out when I eat" -- "In the heat" seems just as plausible given the accent. "In the night" -- There's just no damned way.
  17. I've never been there! Admittedly I avoid the Galleria area (especially this time of year) due to the insane traffic around that area... BTW, check out watmm.com's home page Ah, that's awesome! If you ever venture out to that area and crave BBQ I highly recommend that place. (I also quite like Goode Company, btw, I just figured I'd share the last place I went that left me with a really good impression). Pretty stoked about all of this.
  18. The Brisket House is pretty legit. https://www.yelp.com/biz/the-brisket-house-houston?uid=ICB_zfOCt4nEaF1NDAFZBQ&utm_source=ashare&utm_medium=share_inline_section&utm_campaign=direct_share&ref=yelp-android Bit out of the way but some of the best BBQ I've had in a while... 19. They're gonna be a lot of fun. I hope to see a lot of you guys at them.
  20. Excellent material, as always.
  21. I think we'll need no reminders as to who our collective "daddies" are at the festival...
  22. "Hi Joyrex. I'm xXAFXACID4LYFEXx. Nice to finally meet you."
  23. Honestly pretty stoked for the whole thing. Glad I won't be missing Aphex's set nor Squarepusher's. :)
