    I think Corbyn got something like 250,000 first preference votes out of approx 500,000 members

    that's pretty massive.

    yeah the cameron corbyn face offs across the dispatch box are going to be something else...

    Christopher HItchens opinions on North Korea are about as worthwhile as compson's.

    are you familiar with Chris Hitchens Limpy? He's one of the most infamous 'liberals turned neocon' who essentially imploded from narcissism and bloodthirsty idiocy, so why would you trust/take somone even remotely seriously like that on international issues? id give you the benefit of the doubt and assume maybe you don't know about Hitchens legacy, but he's not too far off from serial killer eyes Sam Harris, so not sure?

     

    its disappointing to see any member of watmm promoting the work of neocons :(. Sometimes I make the mistake of thinking Limpy has reasonable views but then this just sort of pulls the rug out from under that. Anybody in their right mind wouldn't promote him, truly (ignorance of who he is is maybe a mini excuse at best)

     

    only slightly disagree with Chen here, that Compson's opinions were far fucking dumber than Hitchens, Hitchens didn't just absorb right wing hysteria about muslims, he created 'intellectual' arguments for why we should kill them (which is far more dangerous)

     

    I'm confused - what is the definition of a neocon? And what is a neocon's agenda?

     

    Plus the serial killer eyes of Sam Harris comment is just lol. No information in that comment at all.

    I loved the Lego 'Technics' edition as a kid. And also Lego 'System'.

    Sometimes I wouldn't use the instruction manual and try to work it all out myself by just looking at the picture of the finished model on the box just to challenge myself. Endless fun.

    I remember having lots of fun building this one in particular, back in the 1990s:

    why do people think the two youtube videos on the Chris Cunningham account are videos made by trolls?

    Firstly, to make these videos quickly straight after the soundcloud account goes down is not likely. There's a bit of work put into them. Secondly, War Paint is a featured youtube channel on Chris's youtube account, and he did some work for them and I think he is in a relationship with a member of that band? So that adds to the potential that the account is owned by him. A fan made account probably wouldn't feature that other youtube account. Plus there are those 2 live videos that have really good audio quality despite being recorded from the crowd - professionally recorded show segments? Certainly not noob recordings from a random audience member.

     

    It's likely the youtube account is CC. Whether or not those 2 videos he has uploaded are related to Aphex? - I don't know. But one of them was posted on Richard's own soundcloud?
