    Saw this a few days ago and I seriously don't get it. The last Haxan Cloak album was mostly just a collection of horror movie trailer sounds so if the music in that promo ripped him off, every sound designer who's ever worked on a trailer might as well accuse HC of ripping them off. Also, I don't even hear the resemblance between those HC tracks and the stuff in the Tidal thing. Unless HC is the sole inventor of screeching noises and low donk sounds?! Either way his reaction makes him look like a dork.

     

    I still like Excavations though.

     

    yeah seen this too and got the same thoughts, there is a ressemblance, it's clear, but same will be the next Rolland Emmerich trailer on youtube,

    this climbing climax with noize and reverb and those tonal kicks always works though but not really Haxan Cloak propriety

    personally i think this a bad idea and quite hypocrite considering majority of those people are causing the whole industry blackout

    i never heard any track that gives this post-apocalyptic nostalgia and romance all over, like Matrix the final when Neo lost his eyes (SORRY SPOILER)

     

    i'm going through so many state of minds, i haven't felt that since Vordhosbn or Alberto Balsalm

    well it' not impossible but seriously it'd be so lame and killing all the efforts that RDJ have done :(

     

    i want to keep thinking it's legit and some of those new tunes are amazing

    i keep listening and listening, i love the spotlight and playlist order he's chose

    fun fact that he removed all the stats, it's also smart, numbers and stats are always more negative than positive

     

    35 Japan is clearly THE masterpiece to me, it's mysterious, torn, haunting, gives me goosebumps and 11 minutes length of outstanding indus/hiphop beats
