  1. https://tsrono.bandcamp.com/album/eyeseye Inspirals is fucking dope. Great work mate.
  2. lol, over 100 downloads in 2 weeks, you sleuths...
  3. Lush. This dude is very talented.
  4. This is their target market and considering how older styles of music and ANALOG is fetishized they're probably on to a winner. I know that Behringer are making these at budget/discounted prices but I wasn't overly impressed with the '303'. and the '606' sounds fucking awful in comparison to the real thing (from videos).
  5. comb filter it lol. nice one for adding btw.
  6. “What the hell do you want with a 606, cloned at that? Are you going to get it because then you can pretend you're a penniless artist from 30 years ago? "
  7. 'Analysis and recreation of key features in selected Autechre tracks from 1998-2005' > https://www.researchonline.mq.edu.au/vital/access/manager/Repository/mq:71099 Not as futuristic in terms of some of Zeff's ideas/theories (probably due to when this was written) but some solid information and an interesting read.
  8. lol, just looked through the manual, didn't realise it had a vocoder ?
  9. Apologies if this has been brought up already within the thread but the Behringer FX2000 (FX processor) is pretty cheap and has some pretty lush reverbs and other effects - I haven't been able to get sounds like this 'in the box' (although this is likely down to my sound design skills than anything else...) Anyway, cheap fx box. Very nice. Worth checking out.
  10. This ep is probably my favourite of their early work. At least before LP5.
  11. Confield to Quaristice Since then I've probably preferred their live work.
  12. It's a lot easier to get going with a DAW than hardware. He'll likely sell that 101 soon as he won't know what to do with it.
  13. Their best piece of music, so far.
  14. Good point. I did have a small (random) range in velocity before the pieces but they were purposely keeping the tone down. Will experiment with increasing the velocities to see how it sounds. I should probably just put velocity points in for the whole piece(s) and will look to do that in the future.
  15. I used the scale used by Aphex Twin in Strotha Thyne (Druqks) to create something a bit different. Let me know what you think. Also made these two recently...
  16. marhide reminds me of actress.
  17. Arturia Beatstep (1st version) is crap for controlling midi despite the 16 knobs that it has. Doesn't recall all the CC's, takes years to turn and barely recognises the movements that I make - I've tried updated the firmware and am going to give up on it (this could also be a computer issue because I'm trying to use quite a few effects at the same time...) Want to use it for live tweaking in Ableton. Looking for something decent that actually works. Was thinking... Killamix, Midi Fighter Twister, Faderfox EC4. Any recommendations?
  18. Fantastic. Followed. Keep posting dude.
