I just finished "Hyper Light Drifter" and i really adored it. Challenging but not overwhelming, and just stunning. The music and visuals all strike a deep chord with me. The story of it's production is interesting too. I couldn't recommend this game more! Next up for me is the Last Guardian. Shadow of the Colossus is one of my all time favorites. That fact, combined with general opinion and just finishing another game i hold in similar regard, i can't imagine i won't be underwhelmed.

Just started playing Hyper Light Drifter because it's finally on sale on PSN. The music is every bit as amazing as the trailers. Some of the "dungeon music" reminds me of SAW II.

Shipping to the US is 30£ I'm out :(

Can't really beat the Tetrisphere soundtrack, especially in it's era. Sounds like it should have been released on Skam. I recorded these on loop on to my tape deck from my N64 back in the day.

Not a good day for science believing Americans like me who are also pro human rights. I can't really wrap my mind around how anyone who is pro human could have elected this hateful television personality with no experience to be president.

I just finished a BBC 3 series called "Flowers" that is on the streaming service "SeeSo". It was one of the most brilliant and moving stories i have ever seen told through a visual medium. I couldn't recommend it more highly. It stars Julian Barratt AKA Howard Moon of the Mighty Boosh.

I just finished the remake of the PS2 game Odin Sphere that was now released on PS4. Sidescrolling Action/RPG by Vanillaware with beautiful hand drawn animation and a really cool story. There is a PS4 demo on the store. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

I also haven't received notification of my tape shipping. Got one that my poster was shipping out a couple weeks back and still haven't seen it either. Interestingly i'm enjoying some of these B-Sides more than most of the proper album.

So many great songs on this account, this is absolutely the my favorite indie music i have stumbled upon in all my soundcloud hunts. Hopefully Occult Research will have something available for release from zvλd soon!

I believe this is the same artist. I really enjoy this EP. Occult research recently reposted one of zvλd's tracks, "SNR" (which i believe was tagged "bewwip" at the time but is now tagless) but retracted the repost before this EP was announced. https://occultresearch.bandcamp.com/album/bewwip is the ep https://soundcloud.com/bewwip/slipdrlc5 I just noticed that this track on soundcloud is also on the "Touched 3" compilation. The snippets of unreleased songs sound great, gets me excited about this release. I can't say i was ever that captivated by this album, i bought it when it came out and have tried many times but still only come away with a couple songs that don't outstay their welcome by the end. I still preordered the cassette, only runs me a few bucks more than digital with shipping.

The BBC stream sounds way better than the bleep stream to me.

I wouldn't care if they marketed this by debuting the EP on a new episode of Supernatural. Doesn't change the way it sounds to my ears. CIRKLON 1 has some of my favorite Aphex melodies to date. The short tracks didn't do much for me first listen but i think everything else is fantastic. I think the stripped back nature of these tunes feels very pure and timeless.

CHEETAHT7b is superbly beautiful in my opinion. It gives me a similar feeling to some of the funkier old Boards of Canada tunes.

I love the video, the "to be continued" really delighted me. Lots of heart in this. The mastered track sounded so lush to my ears i had to listen 3 times on headphones and once on speakers before i moved on with life.

Everything i have heard so far has been incredible. Some parts bring me way back to the feel of Peel Sessions 2. I love that feeling.

We didn't get any new tracks after the counter hit 205, right? Just want to make sure i didn't miss any last minute additions before it vanished.

I'm just noticing artwork on a few of the newer tracks, like scorrier and african rhyt, were those always there or were they added today? I'm surprised i haven't heard more love for "9 Un Chopped F Beginning [sAWII Un]" that songs kills me. It's beautiful and chilling and everything i love about music.
