    I had the exact same thought/feeling. It was Utopia that convinced me on Soundcloud, made me swoon. I too expect Bleep purchases to be entirely unrelated to the Aphex Twin Bleepstore.

    I've been super digging his stuff this week; basically bought everything he had for sale. To me, he's the only one that comes close to what Autechre is doing.

    I had a dream about the Bleepstore last night that was super super detailed, with launch party and physical swag. This one does not have an RDJ/old Eartha Kitt partying video, but I'm not disappointed.

    After spending much of this week exploring exm's discography having been prompted by this thread, it's clear that exm is the best answer to OP's question. exm is the only artist I've seen that fits the "if you like Autechre" bill. To me the work is super solid, excellent stuff; like a slightly more user friendly Autechre.

    Appears to be the same. Intriguing! Looks promising, overall. It's not the same image, but could very plausibly by the reverse side image. By the distance and timing, looks like our guy Lopez would have gotten there already some time ago.
