the syro press release had this bit

Full steam ahead barreling out that several other singles and EPS are given, and in 1493 was a record collapse.

unreleased 1993 EP, calling it nowowoWOWOW

    woah nice find

    Or 1493 days after Syro.

  2.

Logged in to attempt purchasing again (kept failing previously) and got this:

Some items in your basket are no longer in stock and have been removed.

Anyone keeping on top of which tracks have been and gone?

doesn't look like anything is gone m8

Okay, cheers. I didn't notice any missing tracks but wasn't totally sure.

  3. Well, from what I've seen there it looks like Richie really used his SC poll website for track selections. (too bad he didn't chose tigercubdelay and casiotribaltronics tho) but I will wait few more days and who knows what else will end up there for sale.

I'm hoping he expands or puts up new Joyrex Eps. ACH fits in with those records nicely.

  4. Someone I'm sure on watmm will dissect what's actually new, and what's from SC dump. No worries, I'll probly buy most of it anyway, just to have FLACs.

I bet there are a lot of Discogs heads who are looking at the fact these tracklists could / will be updated in the future and getting incredibly angry.

lol yeah imagine the peeps that paid a ton for the Field Day vinyl, and got none of the bonus tracks.

Aye, that must sting a bit.

Today's the day we find out about our bids.

    Exciting.

Apparently mine was below average or below production costs, but they still award me with it? That's very kind of them to be honest, ty very much colundi crew :)

(Would be really dubious if they would cancel it for that reason, why else implement a bidding system if you want a set price? I mean, I just made a random guess, I'd have no problem chipping in more).

    Same here, thanks colundi.

Just wondering, for those who didn't bid highly enough, it says we'll get the release. Does this mean the full package or a copy of the main album (digitally or whatever) and a partial refund? Seems an awful lot to give away if folk haven't covered the rrp.

Maybe the costs will be partly covered by all the digital sales, I know I spent quite some money on those. It's a very, very generous deal this, so we shouId feel very lucky :)

I'll also seriously consider a donation to cover more of the costs but that'll have to wait a bit until my wallet is ready for that again.

Yeah, same here. If they send the lot I'll top up my payment.

    How many were actually available?

The Bleep people didn't want to share that info. Probably between 500 and 1000 is my guess.

I read somewhere else it was 500, but I don't recall where that was. May not have been a credible source anyway.

edit: so I guess I just wasted my time writing that, and wasted your time reading it and this explanation too. =/ lolsrry

    Hahaha

I picked my copies up at about 1pm. There were, from what was visible, about 20 or so pre-prepared bags and 9 sealed on the table. Got to say, as soon as I walked in and saw afx poly bags it raised the heart rate!

It didn't look like they had loads behind the counter.
