  1. that might be my favorite bit of this whole batch right there. agree it's familiar
  2. I don't know, I'm hearing some synths off syro in shinigai funk before the 3rd act. not sure which one, but you'll recognize the sound. also referring to tuss in a couple of tracks. I'm going through more tracks. But this kat got skills. And really, there's some stuff on Rich's soundcloud that don't sound aphexian at all but are. Mike & Rich collab shit? Thought that too but would have been outted by now no?
  3. Same here I don't know man 0000008673 isn't foolin' me. Hey Rich QUILAT SPRING 1 outtake reaaaaalllllly sounds like him... I'm not getting the feeling from the others, though. Same here....some are similar others way off. but something's up with that account fo sho. RDJ also had an exchange with this account in the early user # days and eversince I've been watching closely
  4. Was talking about this. And now he also commented on this track "Ace production"...i feel like this is buiding uo to something it's not.
  5. Oh and the download is enabled now (i assume it wasn't before)
  6. Except he also just commented on a brainwaltzera (user 00....8673) track as well asking for a download. Dunno if that means anything or he's just digging it. I did ask him if this was him too but he never answered :( http://postimg.org/image/smfde3ghd/ This is the track: https://soundcloud.com/brainwaltzera/47-ucant-wooferpop-minidisc_salvaggio
  7. and there's more.....sounds really muziq-esque if u ask me https://soundcloud.com/user48736353001/5-mp2
  8. F5 delivered today.... :) https://soundcloud.com/user48736353001/5-ohhuds
  9. Dude..what are u asking him!? ;) No I also attempted a long one and had no problems. No answer thou. But he apologised about that already :)
  10. Hope you're on to something here... He's added a link to an essay on his profile now too: http://www.twelvearound1.com/files/heretic Personally I hope this is Rich being funny. This cheap conspiracy theory business is offputting to me :( I suppose we can expect Rich to be out there with his ideas and beliefs, given the music he makes, but still.... On a side note, has anyone watched that "Scratched" documentary about turntablism? Everything about it was great, until all these legends started talking about how they thought scratching was a way to communicate with aliens. I thought it was a joke at first, but when I realized they were for real I freaked....anyways, let's see
  11. Aside from the musical aspect of all of this, I think what's also incredible about the SC gift is that it's yet another thing RDJ has done that is soooo beyond the norm and separates him from of any of his contemporaries....I don't know of ANY acclaimed and professinal artist (let alone a Grammy winner) that has given away around 200 songs (many of them easily releasable or even classics) for free. I equally admired his game changing videos with Chris C (that somehow even made it on MTV) or the balls to name his remix collection "26 Remixes for Cash" etc etc etc and again that's untop of how unique and multifaceted his music is. RDJ is breaking boundaries left and right. Having said that, perhaps the most shocking thing of them all is that he is shedding a bit of light on his personal side, something I think we all never expected, through his comments on SC. Even this is unique. He's skipping journalists and even conventional social media, to chat with his fans exclusively via SC. wtf
  12. i agree. the tracks themselves are almost being taken for granted. instead we (myself included) are just craving more, rather than appreciating what we've already got
  13. 808 here we come! Who is Gordon Reid and what is his phone number?
  14. Well I think it's clear that the "." wasn't referring to his commenting activity at least :)
  15. He just posted this comment on Triple D: "." Yes that's a full stop aka period aka punctuation indicating the end. Start panicking....
  16. maybe he struck a deal with the suits to allow for uploads, as long as downloads are disabled
  17. i, for one, am a lot more interested in soundcloud since aphex started dumping there. i dont mean f5ing his page, i am checking out other musicians and i am more likely to upload to and support soundcloud now. the suits should see that this is good for them. maybe they think sc was doing fine and aphex traffic fucked things up, but in the long run, like 5 or 10 years from now when it's in danger of crapping out like virtually all websites do, they will be glad for the vitality james infused into it. I know we all like to think rdj is a massive superstar and bringing tons of traffic to soundcloud atm, but when usher or other morons like that upload a new track it instantly gets like a trillion views. Richard's views are nothing compared to this piece of shit track's 45m views In case you're not being sarcastic, but also cause it's funny... :) btw on a serious note, this was the perfect track-choice to make the above point. gosh that's a lot of listens....how do they do it? (the listeners I mean)
  18. Hahaha never thought I'd see Usher up in this forum thread :) I wonder what a medieval rave would look like....
