Guys I just figured out that its because I have my Mac system settings time set 21 minutes forward so its actually starting/stopping according to that. Now who is going to set their computer 1 week ahead and attempt NTS 4 AE time travel?

Incredible. Has the stream been starting/ending about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled for anyone else? Tuned in 15 minutes before broadcast and it was already ripping, as well mine ended about 10 minutes ago. **by end I mean the NTS chime played and it restarted.
