There's no CD, it's just bandcamp doesn't have many options for choosing the format of the physical item being sold.  Its the SD card + unique hand made print + info sheet, housed in protective silk-screened envelopes.  With shipping to the US it was a pricy purchase, but I'm a sucker for nice packaging, and I like Synalegg's (and OOH-sounds')  work a lot.  I lucked out getting to hear the entire album, digital wasn't included in the beginning so I got it after the fact.

  2. The whole album's solid from beginning to end.  Each track having different artwork is a nice touch, too.   Great physical edition & packaging on this release as well.. OOH-sounds is a great label. Wish I had managed to get the Leave No Trace tape that he had stuff on, too.

  3. I enjoyed it ?‍♂️ i didn't take it as some genre defining opus from sasu, just was nice to listen to, and a few tracks stuck out as better than the rest.   Will i probably like the jana rush pmu release more? yeah most likely.  But you can listen to Rakka I and II as well as fun is not a straight line, you don't have to choose just one.

This is exactly the kind of nervous-tic-and-cringe-inducing irritation I stay explicitly away from, most probably due to aging. I'm getting too old for this proverbial shit. I also tried not to comment, but I had to give up because this irritates me even when I no longer hear it.

Is that how you feel about footwork and adjacent genres in general, or just this release?  the more i listen to footwork the more I love it, but opinions etc.   Hadn't heard of it described that way before.

  5. Love all these UK labels releasing physical editions of things at 3-8AM US time (eastern time, the only important zone).  Guessing they just dont want people in the US to buy them.  I love acid is especially bad with this. I didn't even want this, it's just the principle lol
