  1. I tried something else with this track. Instead of making a arp out of everything I used more layers of melodies. I also tried to create a more variated kind of track
  2. The drums are made with Analog Lab V and the synth is Jup 8 I believe, both are part of the Arturia Collection V. I also put neutron and ozone on it. Let me know what you think
  3. Music Video of the song Victorious by Mozex
  4. I was not able to create a new account so I will just post the tracks in this topic. All my future songs will go into this one topic. I listened to some of my old songs and thought they were not so bad. I then removed the drum and made a better one. I tried to mix the whole better I created layers and made variations in these layers I used Neutrone on each track and master buss and ozone on masterbus I completely changed the song and this is the result: Victorious by Mozex:
  5. Coming soon to this page also, the label Heavenly Sounds. I will have to create a new account for it since its a gathering of all my works. All my alter ego's. All composers that are me. You will find works of Jimmy Eyckmans (Soundtracks) Mozex (Older Pop/Edm songs at the start, but Mozex will rise up one day again) The Mad Scientist (Dance kind of songs) and C-Rap (I found some old Rap Instrumentals and decided to baptise them C-Rap. Yes I know what it spells ? ) The only thing necessary to do this is 5 dollar to create the account and I will do so on monday probably when I have the money. So... ...Get Ready.
  6. Yeah I am banned there because my songs had nothing to do with christianity and were considered spam. and here they are considered christian because they have a christian title. I get it.
  7. This song tells the story of all that will be left behind when Jesus comes to save those that believe in Him.
  8. This song tells the story of how Jesus comes to Earth. There is written that He will wonder if there is still faith. This is how this story sounds.
  9. I will put my more classical kind of tunes here:

I liked part 1 the most of the two.
  11. I like reflexes a lot. Container not so much, a bit to much (reverb I think?) on one of the instruments. I know you tried to create an effect there but I did not like it. Maybe other people will like it, its more a personal thing so no worries.
  12. Like this one a lot! Very good job!!!
  13. Liked number 3 the most of the two latest you posted. n4 was not bad either but it missed something in my opinion but can not pin point what.
  14. I can be wrong offcourse, have not listened thru speakers either, but for my own songs I know it boosts the kick a lot. So I need, when mixing and mastering with my headphones, turn the kick up a bit too loud, for it to be good on my speakers. Against the end of the day that problem should be solved, getting some new headphones that have neutral sound thingy. Hope they will help me...
  15. Just try to think of it as a saw wave table. We all like those. At least I do.
  16. I have no knowledge at all and its just a noob guess but maybe you could try it. It worked for me on some reverbs to get the mud away. Do you put your reverb on a return track and then send them to different instruments at once so they sound like the they are all in the same room? I did that and then on the return track of said reverb I placed a filter with a high pass cut around 300Hz. It cleaned the reverb up for me. I put the filter after the reverb in the buss. I do not know that I explained that right, I am still a noob when it comes to these things and technical terms. But what I understand is that the reverb creates a low undertone I think. With the filter with high pass cut you remove those. It will make reverb sound "cleaner I think. Delay I have no experience with, I did use a little bit of delay on some instruments I think but it was in the preset. About the reverb another thing that might help: if you use presets be sure to put the reverb OFF on the sound. Then use another plugin to put a reverb on it. I forgot first to put it of on the sound itself and it was messy. You probably are smarter and more experienced then me but I am just saying everything I think could help. Another thing you can do, and which was suggested also to me be someone is to send the leads and pads to a hall reverb and the snare and percussion's to a room reverb. Thats all I can think off to be honest. An EQ can also be handy to reduce the low frequencies. When using an EQ you can high pass (I think, as I said I am not good with the technical terms) every track that does not need the low frequencies, to 50-100Hz (I think I am really stupid so please forgive me if I explain it COMPLETELY wrong) It cleans up the track A LOT by just doing that. It makes sure all low frequencies get filtered out and it is there that all the muddiness is I think. In the end I still need to learn A LOT myself about EQ and mastering. Like A LOT. So please forgive me if this post does not make any sense. I just wanted to try to help a bit... Another thing that seemed to help a lot was this, but you probably already know this: make sure that every track AND the master fader does not exceed -6db. I do not know this might help but someone told me and I did it. It was a horrible work to make sure every track was beneath it and the master fader also. Mix with those "settings" and then you are ready to master it and turn the volume up with the mastering process. Most of these things you probably already know, I am sorry then for the stupid advice in that case, just wanted to try to help with what I think I know...
  17. Liked Terrible Lizard but in my opinion the kick is too silent. And I am even hearing it with my headphones on which boosts the kick... But composition wise it is very good! Good job!
  18. The music sounds good but do you use EQ? Do you try to master it a bit? I am new to that kind of thing but it seems to me my noob ears think that you could do some of that on the tracks? I listened to your last post, both tracks, a bit Sat 21 Mar and Sun 15 Mar and it seems they could be a bit clearer? Maybe I am completely wrong in that and this is normal for the genre you are going with. My apologies in that case for my stupid, noobly, advice then. But for the composition part: It is very good! Nice job!!!
