  1. Googled this guy's name and this thread is search result #4 lole On duckduckgo, it's even #2 lamao
  2. Good stuff. Good artist name and title, too! Thanks for bringing it here.
  3. Yeah, she'd heard of them before, she was completely blown away by the gig and loved it, too!
  4. (Don't know if this has been posted before. Searched the board but didn't find anything. Hope this is news for you!) Been binge-watching documentaries on the Middle Ages for two months now. Then I came across this one here. About 5 minutes in, I thought "Wait, I've seen this somewhere before?". And then I realised: This is the stuff from Camelot Chronicles! Andy seems to have sourced all the footage for the Camelot Chronicles from this old documentary! Ignore the AI slop cover image, this is a legit old documentary. I love old documentaries, they're pleasantly slow and relaxing. Finally, you too can listen to the Acid Historian! (Great voice by the way)
  5. Hey! That sun through clouds thing is EXACTLY how I've felt about them for years, too! Since Exai, to be precise. Coincidentally, that's also my favourite weather, I love the constant changes in brightness, and how the shadows keep changing all the time. Maybe these constant changes are part of why I feel like this, their music has become really fluid and organic in the past decade or so. Think you're spot on with the suppressed melodies there, hadn't thought of that. It's incredible how these sets are working, both on macro- and microlevel, from overall structure down to the smallest details. Seems to me in certain spots like electronic music tropes like build-ups, breakdowns, drops are being applied to the length of an entire concert. Just gave Dublin a few listens since yesterday. I'd been there and wanted to wait with going through a bootleg. But by Jove, what a night. And that guy screaming at the top his lungs at the end He's right, you know? That night means a lot to me as this was practically my first date with the wonderful girl who now is my girlfriend. I have a whole lot of good feelings about this concert. Can't wait for them soundboards!
  6. Apologies for reviving an old thread here but old Blues is just too good. OK I'll stop now.
  7. Thanks for posting, these interviews are always great!
  8. Definitely a sit down thing for them But yeah, depends on what they're playing, maybe on venue, too. 2005 tour was wild with loads of people dancing, less so in 2008 but it still had people getting into it. 2016 was mostly sitting, All of these were Berlin for me. I think 2005 was still clubs that people just got to for some electronic music, while today, if you go to see Ae, you will know and want to see them. The massive increase in ticket prices really does something to who the audience is going to be. Seems also to depend on the city, didn't they say in droid's interview that people in Dublin always "get it"? I was there last year and people really did enjoy it, iirc there was a lot of at least warm-up movement on the dancefloor during the second half.
  9. Yeah I'm thinking about the HOLIDAY ACID one, too. I'll be in the UK over Easter, so I can even order and pick it up there, saving me the outrageous post-Brexit postage. It's been years that I've bought a shirt with this many colours (4, including fabric).
  10. Absolutely no dates for Germany.. What's going on there?
  11. Got this mail the other day, some nice ones there. https://ceephax.teemill.com/
  12. Also, Copenhagen added. 6th October. Tickets on sale from tomorrow, 10AM. Instabuy!! I'll be seeing them twice in one year
  13. Riven. How on earth have I never played this? It's incredible. Quitting weed has made me stop dopamine rush games altogether, I just find them really boring now. Played through Myst for the first time in my life in February, absolutely loved it. But Riven is the real deal.
