Haven't seen anyone mention this yet. Seems like about a week ago Mike from BoC remembered his password and tweeted a neat little poem. https://twitter.com/MikeSandison/status/1329033597630771203 I wouldn't get to excited. Doesn't seem to signify anything, as he did something similar 2 years ago and nothing came of it. Just something I figured was worth bringing up.

This album just turned 5 today. And I gotta say, 5 years later and it's still the best thing I've ever heard. I know that for alot of people this was the album where they lost interest in the direction OPN was headed, but goodness I can't express how much this album means to me. To me it's perfect in every way. It's accompanied me during times of failure, during times of triumph, and pretty much everything in between. Garden of Delete will continue to inspire me until I hear something better. But until that day I can confidently say that it's my favorite album ever made.

Here's some OPN releases if you want more like r+7: Comissions 1 straight up just sounds like b-sides from r+7. Music for reliquary house has alot of the same abstract sampling that was going on on r+7. The boiler room set has alot of unreleased r+7 tracks and really wild live versions. Here's a few random songs aswell. Need sounds pretty similar to cryo, and rush is literally just a cut track. Lastly, if you already hadn't heard, r+7 has a bonus track.

can't fuckn believe i forgot to comment here. no nightmares and whether channel are opn's worst songs, and i gotta apologize to the guy who said opn is doing trap rap stuff now because he saw into the future lol. Delete those off the album, and you have a fucking incredible indie/electronic album. bow ecco, imago, tales from the trash stratum, ambien1, it's got sooooo much for fans of replica/r+7. It's brought back the sample heavy aspects of replica, the weird unpredictable parts of r+7 all while having a higher audio quality than either. and shit like long road home, lost but never alone, i don't love me, oh my goooooooood these are such fucking BANGERS. I love them. They're still weird enough for me to still enjoy them for their slightly odder aspects, while being accessible enough for me to send to my friends unashamedly. Seriously, opn keeps fucking winning. I personally am pretty sad this one didn't have an extended universe like GoD and Age Of, but it's still conceptual enough for me to think the ideas are interesting past the music itself. Such a fucking good album and really made my year honestly. I've had it on repeat since it came out. Think I could get a rip of ambein1 so i don't have to rely on the youtube upload of it?

I wasn't but just because you said that I will lol. Calm down, I laughed at you on the internet. There's alot that OPN has put out that I hate, particularly in side projects. I love the guy and his music, but I'm not the type to blindly love someones music.

In my opinion, something like Animals and something like Sicko Mode couldn't be further from each other lol. Just because they both have vocals doesn't mean that they're the same genre, and in fact pretty much all of Garden of Delete doesn't have autotune at all. It's a speech synthesis program. Furthermore, the tracks off of Age Of and Magic OPN that do have pitch correcting software, have additional vocal effects on them to make them more unique than your average autotuned jackass on soundcloud. Pretty narrow minded and rude to compare OPN to a mumble rapper just because he uses pitch correction on his vocals. ALSO I've mentioned this before, but OPN has been working with vocals for years! Even before Garden of Delete! Here's a pretty good example, but if you look into his early stuff you can find more. So yea, it's fine if you don't like his voice but just keep at that, right? Actually I don't even know if sicko mode has autotune so just pretend i linked a better example xd
