  1. I enjoyed the film, like the first part of the saga this is a must see in a theater w/ full dolby atmos. Much respect to Villeneuve for the hard work, also all the actors got their role pretty well. The photography is fantastic and varied and Hans Zimmer well, he does his job.

Is hard to see a movie like this nowadays mainly due to our beloved CGI, this is why it should be used to improve and not to replace all scenes. But seems since 2010's that superheroes/monsters/animated franchise spreading shitty and soulless outputs is not helping tho. I prefer a Blizzard videogame intro rather than that.

btw Dennis is a skilled master sci-fi director, I'm grateful to know that cinema is not dead yet.

  2. Just saw them yesterday and liked it a lot, for me is the best ae live I've attended to. Its less minimal and more rhythmic driven and their sound palette is wider and richer, I could barely hear high freqs (I wore earplugs) but the overall mix was astounding.

    kudos to rob and sean

  3. Yes is quite amazing the relationship between sound system acts and dub culture. You can learn a lot about this groovy styles still current today as they were in the 60s & 70s.

I haven't watch it but they played a report in Portuguese news about some scams that have been happening... someone did some fake news using the image of a well known diabetes doctor claiming that he had a cure...

Been aware of this issue for years now. I knew it since I saw first faceswaps apps. The video summarizes the potential of this new technology, involving this philosophical question about what's real and whats not. It forced me to be skeptical about news and all major corporate media stuff output recently.

  7. Just listened and 'Even it out', 'Kandy' or 'North' are good takes. Does not sound fresh as the first album but it has some reminiscences. Nice aesthetic bizarre and ironic fits perfectly with the music and message.

Let's see how they're on live but I have enjoyed this Radical Romantics.
