  5. Hello there Friend. Starting at the end of March I decided to release my new stuff (and oldies) in never heard before High Quality Formats (.wav's/FLAC) Some of my popular stuff is now available in these stunning HQ formats like; The Sub, This Was Meant To Be The Future, and 3 Brand new EP's; Space Disco, The Rhythm, It's Time To Slam Dance. The latter releases coming with Extras, such as original Logo's from 04' (wowee you say) and Extra Tracks//Bonus Beats//alt Versions//Demos! In future releases even more juicy stuff will be added as extras when you purchase these Digital Records. So you could listen to the 128kbps previews and record them on audacity and keep them, or you could by the main product of lossless analog goodness and have the nice sunny feeling in your belly that you've funded underground music, as i try and give the buyers something that no-one else will have (apart from the other kind people) And so comes the Pricing, I don't plan on making a living, buying houses, and cars, and jewlry from selling my music just on bandcamp. so im not going to ask for billions of pounds for a 2 track EP or even a 5 track EP. Instead i'm going to price EP's modestly no more then £4 a release with an option to pay more if you feel like you wanted to, no matter how attached to the music I am I still have logic. The money raised goes on little things I need, AC Adapters, cables (u can never have too many),Compressed Air to blow dust from various machines, cassettes ect; so each pound is precious and when the times comes that i have far too many of these things, ill look into pressing up a tape run or some t-shirts all nice things. that people can hold in there hands that enjoy my music. So thats my pitch, So take a few moments (or hours ;-)) to check out the trakxz and enjoy yourself http://chrismossacid.bandcamp.com/ thanks Christopher Moss

  13. we'll see how good the scummers are next tuesday. AFCB vs Soton (CC1) at St.marys. i got my ticket and im well up for it. coz afcb and southampton and portsmouth all share the same radio station for games (albeit on diffrent frequncies) at the end of the afternoon the scum fans are always bitching about somthing. pompy fans dont say much and afcb fans always look on the bright-side of things. if you wanna knwo the kind of rivalry (if you can call it that) check this bit of banter out. between the afcb vitals vs the soton vitals foums Bournemouth Fans - Time They Got Real Ever since Bournemouth gained promotion to league 1 there has been plenty of talk about the south coasts 'second rate` derby, and plenty of discussion ahead of what is to be some exciting derby matches over the season. Bournemouth fans are perhaps more excited than us about such a matchup, and who can blame them for wanting to get one over on us. However, it seems to me that they have got so hyped up about an upset that they are 'looking forward to stuffing us`. It seems to me that they have got a little ahead of themselves and forgot just who they are and who they are facing, and yes they are in for a shock but not the one they are hoping for. Time this lot got a reality check - Southampton style. There are teams in league 1 who have the pedigree to beat us most definitely, the likes of Wednesday and Plymouth are certainly equals and will push us all the way this year. Bournemouth however? They may have determination and pedigree but what else do they have? Squads - the difference in ability between both teams is quite startling. We narrowly missed out on the playoffs last year and have last years top goal scorer in the country heading a strong attack. What do they have? The best they have to answering Lamberts impressive form is Brett Pitman, a youth team prospect who finished as one of the top goal scorers in league 2. He has also attracted the interest of many clubs and could leave before the start of the season. But can he be a competent striker in this league? Playing against sides that have been relegated from the championship and possess championship class players is a little different to 'Lincoln` away. Just a thought before they get their hopes up too much. I guess they can place their hopes of not only beating us but staying up as well on Steve Fletcher, a 37 year old league 1 journeyman who has only scored 15 goals in the last 4 years, or maybe on new signing Steve Lovell who signed from the mighty Partick Thistle and has managed 11 goals over the last 2 years. Looking at those attacking options I can`t see them even surviving in this league, and beating us? It would be one hell of an upset. I wonder then what our midfield of Hammond, Schneiderlin, Lallana and Puncheon will be facing when Bournemouth come to SMS, well there`s not much class in this part of the field either with a mix of inexperienced lower league youngsters and youth team rejects. The likes of Danny Hollands who was released by Chelsea before being snapped up by Bournemouth in 06 has been impressive in league 2, but has not shown any real snippets of league 1 quality. Liam Feeney joined Bournemouth from non-league Salisbury in February and severely lacks in league 1 experience, with a total of one loan appearance for Southend as his only playing time at this level. Inexperienced players who are not proven league 1 performers will be up against the Saint`s finest, Dean Hammond has years of experience in this league and has the ability to break up the game in the middle of the park, Morgan Schneiderlin has been linked with Newcastle in recent seasons as well as the ever skilful Adam Lallana. Again you have to ask yourself how they expect a team of youngsters and has beens to avoid the inevitable relegation dogfight that will face them this year, with little experience of playing at this level I`m afraid their optimism will be dashed. Defensively there is no contest, again the Bournemouth line up in this part of the field consists of former youth teamers at Premiership clubs who never made the grade anywhere else, the likes of Ryan Garry have failed to go beyond the bottom of the lower leagues since being released from Arsenal. Even the clubs match captain, who is supposed to be a leader on the field is vastly inexperienced at the age of 22, a loan to Woking followed by a move to league 1, and once again has failed to show any promise of going up the leagues. When you put that against our own defence? We have the likes of Jose Fonte who is a proven championship centre half, a player who could have moved to any club in the championship chose to join us on the sunny south coast, other experienced defenders like Radhi Jaidhi and Danny Butterfield complete a defence that could easily hold its own in the championship. Perhaps they are buoyed by Brightons achievements rather than the quality of the teams? Though they would be foolish to forget that Brighton have a squad of vastly seasoned players who have been together for some time, they would also be foolish to forget that Brighton have a decent manager at the helm. What about Eddie Howe you ask? He`s supposed to be a decent up and coming manager, or another word for someone who has failed to prove himself at any level higher than league 2, sure he won the club promotion from league 2 but that doesn`t make him a great manager at any level. His recent success is countered by his lack of management experience and time in this game, when you compare him to our very own Alan Pardew? It`s obvious that Pards has the advantage in terms of managing successful clubs and players. AP is an FA cup finalist manager and player who has managed in the Premier League, championship, and league 1. Eddie Howe on the other hand? He has had a somewhat unfortunate playing career with injuries leading to his eventual retirement and early move into management, he has achieved success within his 2 years at Bournemouth but does that make him a top lower league manager? Certainly not. And with that in mind you have to ask yourself, who has the upper hand on dealing with pressure, Pardew has been in charge and faced the pressures of the South Coast derby and the pressures of leading a Premiership underdog to a cup final, as a player he has faced pressure also as an FA cup finalist. Howe`s greatest pressure was being a journeyman between clubs in a short and unsuccessful career, and managing in the lowest division in the football league - hardly the same. And to end this article there is a message to Bournemouth fans - If any of you are reading this and I`m sure you are, this is not fuelled by any personal hatred of your club or your fans, in fact I understand exactly why you want to beat us and your club has gone through a lot. But to say that you will beat us? And to say that you will 'stuff` us as some of your fans have been saying? It`s time you lot got real, we are a side who will be right at the top and we have the pedigree and ability to go all the way, your side may have done well in league 2 but that means nothing now, and the best you can hope for is a very lucky upset and a tough fight in this division. All the best for the season - just don`t get your hopes up too much for this match... because the Saint's are coming for you. -------- Southampton Fans - Time THEY Got Real In response to an article that appeared on Vital Southampton BS_8 has sent in a rather tongue in cheek reply... Ever since Southampton (Scummers as some prefer to call them) gained relegation there has been plenty of talk about just another game against their south coast cousins and what would be an exciting game against a local smaller club. Maybe Southampton fans should perhaps be getting a little more excited about the local derby next year. As, they enter a SEVENTH season as the second rate south coast team, it is a surprise why they havn't caught on that they aren't rivals with the 'SKATES' any more, Portsmouth have bigger fish to fry and are not worried by their little insignificants. Just a thought before they get their hopes up too much. It seems to me that they are a little bit behind time and forgot what league they are in and who they are facing, They are going to be in for a shock and a reality check - League 1 style. That's right Southampton fans LEAGUE 1 not some premier poo Ltd. This is the same league Leeds, Wednesday, Forest, QPR and many more thought they would piss with ease. What a shock, the way Southampton are going they look like they're next. There are teams in this league who have the pedigree to cause 'upsets'. Their fans have arrogance but what else do they have? Stadium - 32,000 seats, woah that's like a whole more empty seats than we have at Dean Court. Ahh and what's their official website front news, Season Tickets SOAR to 13,000 yes 13,000 that competes with Bradford from last year. They're clearly still in the big time... Oh wait.. Squads - Quite startling on the money spent on the 2 sides. We have a young hungry determined team full of pace and interlinking play, and easily got promoted out of the basement back to where we belong. Who do they have? To combat our home grown Brett Pitman who has made a knack of scoring the spectacular they have Rickie Lambert they spent £2 million on 2 strikers, £2million, what are they playing at? They're not in the Championship any more, Southend and Rovers must be laughing all their way to the bank.. Well Rovers anyway. A goalscorer definitely, but without him what do they have to offer? Lee Barnard, well he enjoyed being a big fish in a small pond but now he is in a slightly bigger pond I don't see much happening, majority of his goals coming for Southend. They should hope Lambert doesn't suffer injury or bans. They also offer a back four of journey men whose combined pace rivals Bradbury and Fletch. As well as a keeper who rivals Fletchers age and clearly couldn't get a club elsewhere. So their latest signing Butterfield, Ahh a quick hat trick against Wolves, anyway, couldn't find another Championship team so thinks he is going to have a breeze down here? Ahh that's what Paul Telfer thought too after coming from the Champions League? 'Nuff said. They can place their hopes on a stolen young lad from Bournemouth in Adam Lallana, an okay player but was also an unknown quantity, his big money move never materialised, probably because they realised he isn't THAT good, they also have to rely on Jason Puncheon and lower league journey man. When we face Southampton at DC they will be classes apart. One team full of young desired hungry footballers and another of Championship journeyman and over paid players. Experienced players doesn't mean they will perform, Hollands has years of experience in this and Feeney and Pugh will perform decent outlets. With Marv and Robbo in the middle they won't know what's hit them! With half our squad been linked to the Championship and Brett Pitman linked with moves to the Premiership between £700k and £1m then there is clearly potential in this team. Not to mention young Stockley, also netted a goal in pre season and rejected advances from Portsmouth and also have Prem teams linked to him. In defence the likes of Jaidi won't cope with the pace of the midfield and Brett's dramatics and Big Steve's muscles, whilst at the back we have 3 experienced professionals at two of the more highly rated young centre backs. Again, you have to ask yourself how a team of has beens and nearly men along with some average talent can expect to race away with the league, it looks like another season of nearlys. Their early optimism will take a huge knock. Perhaps they have been buoyed by Leeds achievements of finally getting out of this league, but it would be foolish to forget that Leeds gained the necessary experience and players along with a good manager and fell over the finish line. What about Pardew you ask? He's supposed to be good you know, a cup final, relegations and linked moves to nowhere. His obvious wealth of managerial experience clearly has done wonders, as without the 10 point deduction Southampton would have won the league... What!? You mean they would have only just scraped the play offs? Now compare him to our own Howedini, King Eddie, Sir Howe, anyway, he took a team looking like they were going out of the league thanks to Bondy and Quinn and we stayed up easily. He then took us up adding few players and under an embargo, finishing second behind the team that weren't so rich. We will take it as a moral victory. He has been linked to Peterborough, Bristol City, Portsmouth, Swansea, Coventry and the list goes on. o Pardew going from the prem and slowly dropping down the Leagues into League 1 makes him a good manager does it not? Clearly not. Whilst only having the pressure of a Cup Final under his belt. Eddie had the pressure of keeping the team in the leagues and then sustaining out blistering start to make sure we got promoted he did both. Just to confirm Pardew lost that final. Here is a message to all Southampton Fans - If any of you want to read this I am sure you will, this is not fuelled by any hatred towards your clubs or fans, in fact I understand you don't want to see us a rivals, it is rather an embarrassment as to how far you have fallen, but really it is about time you accepted it. Same league on merit and we are your local rivals, for this season at least. To say you will walk this league is far too premature, but it is what we have come to expect form the arrogant fans from up the road. It is about time you lot got real, we are a young side full of passionate players and fans, and have the ability to cause an 'upset' or two, you may have done average in league 1 last year and not much better the previous six, but the best you can hope for is lots of luk and people laying down against you so you can scrape into those top two places. All the best for the season - don't get nasty when it all goes pear shaped, your new egos are on the way as your current ones maybe dented slightly. Don't get your hopes up too much for our games.. because the Cherries are here to deny you. P.S - You didn't save us in a friendly, so jog on! UTC - i love it ahahahha
  14. well Febuary 19th (if afcb or HT are still in the Fa cup might be different) we have the pleasure of hosting HT right here at Dean Court (with a new stand = 10,700 Capp) ill have to looks through my programe collection and see what the deal was a few years ago. away - 1-0 home - 1-0 :)
  15. Cheers, Galpharm stadium looks really really good for a football league stadium. whats the ave attendence for a Terriers home game? in other news, Sam vokes signs for Palace on a Loan deal for the season. Always like to see Sam do well, with regular team football at selhurt park would be great for palace
  16. yeah Bradders is doing well, he plays right back now, which is pretty good. where i sit im always close to him when were shooting towards the north stand. we have bought a right back, Mitchell Nelson from Tooting & Mitcham, but he looks pretty shakey in the 2 pre-season games i went to, he's only 19 or something so one for the future no doubt. so bradders dosent need to worry (for a while) this season afcb has pretty much a full squad with almost every position covered, especially midfield/up front and defensive midfield/ and left back (wiggens was a great signing for us, played last season for us on loan from norwich, then brought him for £35,000) and Warren Cummings who only played one game this pre season against derby, and he scored a corker and looked great (liek his old self) all the 2nd half. though seriously i am so looking forward to seeing Harry Arter play he reminds me of messi and anderton (in his prime) and a fun fact he is brother-inlaws with scott parker. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDuJZrxh5c4&feature=related
  17. Blackpool want Bret Pitman for £1-million if he goes, good for him. being a bench warmer and getting ever so frustrated with the lack of scoring goals agaisnt premier leauge defenders. IMO he isnt ready to play in the PL 2 years in league two. he is championship ready, but not PL. i dont think he'll go to blackpool though. plus if he goes its not the end of the world, we have the mighty mighty harry arter. plus blackpool fans will curse his name saying he is lazy, but us bmth fans know how bret works.
