I enjoyed The Disaster Artist, read most of it when I walked into a cafe in Vauxhall that I took to be a greasy spoon but was a twee nightmare. Paid ten quid for a full English. Anyway. He gets the balance right between laughing at Tommy whilst making him sympathetic, I'm sure the film will be awful.
  2. Basket case 3 - The grand finale to the finest trilogy ever made.
  3. If you want to see weird shit in jars I can recommend the Hunterian Museum too. WARNING: Do not go in hungover.
  4. Not a shop but http://www.thelasttuesdaysociety.org/museum-curiosities#.WLX072_yjIU
  5. Heavy Rain is not good, at all. I don't know why it bothers me so much in The Witcher that you have to fast track to some places, I just like walking from one place to another. Dying Light has been ordered.
  6. Yeah that's shit, he was fucking cool.
  7. Same, I don't really miss it either. Last time I was back I went to one of the hip new places around elephant and castle and paid 7 quid for a bit of burnt dough with garlic on top, ate it on a wooden park bench in a metal warehouse. You can tell I am the wrong side of 30.
  8. Very enjoyable, but much better with a co-op buddy. A lo of crafting, and weapons degrade pretty rapidly. Get the Enhanced Edition w/ the DLC. I don't have any co-op buddies sadly. Crafting and constantly rebuilding weapons is so tedious for me, it drives me mad on Fallout so I may give this a swerve. Shame, as it looks cool.
  9. You'll get used to it. And once you've gotten used to it and the fighting you'll love it. By the way, when you reach the mission called "Bloody Baron" then don't accept it until you've reached level 10 or something like that. *jots it down*

Slaine The Horned God - Simon Bisley is the boss, totally awesome.
  11. Just started The Witcher, hoping for something like Skyrim but the controls feel quite arcade-y, maybe I'll get used to it.

I think unless you're reading it as a teenager On The Road is pretty shite. Took a break from reading about Jack the Ripper to finish The Fisherman by John Langan. Echoes of Pet Semetery and not as effective but it mixes personal loss with huge Lovecraftian horror well. Has a nice sitting round a campfire being told a story vibe too.
  13. This is why my game of thrones board game will never be played, amongst others. I wish I had the friends and the patience to play it without feeling guilty but I don't.
  14. Betrayal at House on the Hill is good, Boss Monster is also deece. I have too board games I have never played.

It was so odd, I thought I could only get it by ordering it from a US book supplier. I'd lived in the area a month so it was my first time in the shop and it was face out on a shelf or I probably wouldn't have seen it.
  17. damn tho to be nit picky 1. resolution on the right is better, notice how "softer" the image on the left is 2. 8 years of aging can be a lot regardless Also Trump is the oldest POTUS elected in history, I know older elected officials like Biden and McCain are old and capable but they are IMO much more level-headed Yeah I did think that, they've obviously chosen pictures to exaggerate it but it's going to be intriguing to see what this does to him. His wife has had work done and for a man as vain as him it could get......interesting. He's already orange.
