I have to say, this live set might be peak Autechre for me. Don't get me wrong, the newer stuff is phenomenal and melts my brain with its wtfuckery, but there's just something about this set. Total futuristic b-boy bangers. I'm so thrilled to be able to hear this is in great quality and truly hope someone will be able to recreate the whole set with all components. Nonetheless, thanks again IOS.

This is great IOS. If I had to guess, we'll have a full version of the 2008 with all instruments by the end of the year.

This is SOOOOOO good -
I am completely,100%, unequivocally, okay with that. Jesus, this sounds SO different than what I experienced. I literally take back EVERYTHING I said in the drunk rant. (I was the pretentious douche one). Fuck this is so good. Listening to Brussels now... I don't think I've ever had such a physical reaction to a piece of music like this before. Equal parts nauseous, nervous, panicky, and fucking jazz covered elated. This is the most schizophrenic stuff I have ever heard

This all makes sense now why there wasn't an album before the tour. Such a brilliant move... the live material is conceived as a separate effort, but comes off like a mega album AND they get back some time before releasing a "proper" album down the pipe (this time next year?). Versioning out the sets kind of ties back to the Quaristice approach and making it kind of an "exclusive" release holds off the fanboys for the time being. Brilliant. There's a lot to unpack here for sure... definitely very appreciative, but I'm holding out hope that the boys release some previous year sets (back to 2005-05-07-09). This could be a fairly lucrative "set it and forget it" side gig, where they upload a back catalog of soundboards every couple months and pull in a few thousand bucks here and there. They're basically printing money at that point.

Fucking dick rock shit bang titties

For sure... This is obviously the first step in a chain of events that ends with the proper ZIP email going out. 1. items leave warehouse 2. small record store puts shit streams up. 3. bleep counters with proper streams of snippets 4. the rest of the record stores put up streams because Bleep did, so they think they can. Some make the mistake of putting full tracks up at low-res. 5. Technically it's streaming at this point in full, but at shit quality. 6. Bleep sends out email to download purchases 7. Gallons of cum and tons of drugs are spilt and consumed, respectively (or in some cases reversed)

It begins This is the same way Exia got released. Some random record store put up links. Bleep sent a c&d, hours later it leaked

The new Aphex Twin album "Syro" comes out one week from today, but if you pre-purchase either the CD or the LP, you get a handy dandy card that will allow you access to EXCLUSIVE online content beginning NOW! <--- what does THAT mean?

Current issue of Rolling Stone is out with article and review saying it's this year's Daft Punk. LOL, whut? Anyways, if the jabroni's are reading that shit, it WILL leak.
