you can't judge an album based on shitty recordings you heard that were ruined by desert wind. when i first heard the japan recording of reach for the dead, i can say i wasn't impressed. then, when i listened to it for the first time on some nice speakers, it was a totally different experience. boc makes some really intricate music and you miss a lot of those details on poor recordings. imagine hearing exai in the same context (outdoors recording, some type of constant natural noise like wind) and then drawing conclusions. nobody would think it's fair to the album. but because it's BoC, for some reason it's ok not to take their music seriously. wtf.

i'm 5'8" and it fit me well, covered the front and back enough so i could wear leggings with it without showing off my crotch and ass. i like the back of that one. i want it and the new blue one with the polar bear and dolphins. i'd feel bad spending so much money on ponchos lol.

they're good quality, light fabric. i recommend it.

honestly i prefer the groovy filtered sample + 909 kick formula to this album.

the great gatsby - 3/10 one of the worst movies i have ever seen. why the fuck do people hire topher grace? he is talentless. leo was awful in this as well. i hated the modern music in this film. i hated all the cgi. i hated the scene where leo maniacally throws clothes at daisy. the costume design was the only good thing.

As much as I respect Daft Punk I highly doubt they can actually play bass, drums or any other instrument. I might be wrong, dunno. they can both play guitar and bass guitar. not sure about drums, but i wouldn't be surprised if they could.

yeah, new vegas is amazing. there are tons of great mods for it on the nexus. makes it look very pretty if you have a computer that can handle the texture upgrades and what not.

Daft Punk are such perfectionists - they spent a 2 whole weeks on their last album... Hahah, just what I was thinking! Shame really. Human After All was clearly pushed out to get fans familiar with the material before they took it on tour. And that's really the only reason why HAA exists, to be mixed live. The Alive 2007 tour put it into context. i don't buy that. after the fact, you can make any excuse for a shitty album to try to rationalize its existence, but it doesn't make it true.
