  1. If there's a second related album it'll be called "AL".
  2. WONKY: https://www.newscientist.com/article/2190349-weird-star-system-has-double-binary-stars-and-wonky-planetary-nursery/
  3. Just ordered the CD and tee, can't fucking wait.
  4. Yes, John Frusciante from the Red Hot Chili Peppers.. https://johnfrusciante.bandcamp.com/album/maya The track that's available now is fucking top notch, I still can't believe I'm listening to the guy from RHCP... being friends with Aaron Funk did him well.
  5. He was a drummer in the punk band he used to be in, not a bassist.
  6. Their two track live performance was one of the best things I heard last year: https://open.spotify.com/album/6PTO0cg07owAkVbqg3NvjK?si=_JUwmjFdSK632-xm3h-cvw
  7. This is not very good.. went through it a few times in a row and I'm not liking it. If this was under any other artists' name I would have gotten zero attention.
  8. Was definitely not expecting this good of an album, this shit is unreal. It's far more varied than I thought it was going to be too.
  9. I saw your reply and was like "am I going crazy.. I think my post was before that, but maybe we're all going crazy during these days.
  10. Yeah, I'm familiar with all his previous work, when I read "pop" I was afraid he'd gone full Jamie Lidell on us.
  11. I love this new album, I was a bit worried as the early press releases mentioned him going "pop". It's a great evolution to his sound.
  12. Easily one of the best releases in this style in years, it's so good, varied, and so well produced. The sub bass in a few of these tracks begs for a massive sound system.
  13. That metal bit wasn't it, though hearing old Depeche Mode is nice..
  14. Soo.. this ever happening? I figure if they had a front cover to the album that it was nearly done yet that was a year ago.
  15. Somebody please get Warp to add a "BUY ALL" button to make some people's lives easier. I'm assuming there's a decent number of people that would like to go all in with this with a single click. Bandcamp allows you to buy entire discographies at once, I did it with the Schematic records back catalog and it was worth every penny of the $55 they charged.
  16. This is an amazing moment to be alive. I have so many questions.. why do the Tuss tracks say "NEW" next to them? That's all previously released work, isn't it? We need to know which one of these releases is getting physical releases, nobody wants to pay twice for this stuff. Also, more than half the tracks don't stream for me and if I try and get rid of the cookies warning I'm taken to a blank page.
  17. So... this entire thing was phony?
  18. Just watched A Separation, that was even better than I expected. Haven't seen such compelling characters in a film in a while.
  19. Does this label have any social media of any kind outside of Facebook?
  20. I just received my 12" in the mail, pressing sounds top notch and of course i'm assuming most in this thread have already heard the tracks. It's very very good. Now i'm just curious who is exactly behind this.
  21. Just getting into this release, really it's amazing. Where can i get the extra tracks if i've already purchased the regular version on CD?

    elseq 1-5

Yup, i bought it along with the only tDR book i don't own. For those commenting on the price of this thing, it's not a "poster" per se, it's a print. There is a huge difference in quality, feel, and look. 1,260 Pesos (i'm in Mexico) for a print using that press and that paper is a fucking steal if you're a big fan of the designer and the musicians involved.

    Cheetah EP

Anybody think the repeated "cheetah cheetah cheetah" on the artwork is a reference to "panda panda panda"? I wouldn't be surprised if it's a odd-ball reference to Desiigner's hit.
