  1. Head over heels for this one. I don't want to say something I'll take back after a few more listens, but this is feeling like an easy 'all-time' best so far. It's also incredibly mastered. It's been a while since I've heard a record that pops like this.
  2. I just remembered that the first track of AB3 was the very first mp3 I ever downloaded in like 97. At the time I thought it would be some sort of MIDI file, and I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
  3. I only just now stumbled on this. It's really good! The 2nd track has a strong Jake Slazenger vibe.
  4. Jesus, the quality on that AB3 track. I'll wait until the stars burn out in the sky to get more of those.
  5. This is a lovely record. My favorite thing they've done since EP7, maybe.
  6. This bit reminds me of the Orb's third album.
  7. I really hope we get FLACs today. I really want to give these a go on my nice headphones.
  8. Wow this is really amazing. Lush indeed.
  9. Between these and the new Wagon Christ, Luke seems to be the one person who is actually super productive during lockdown.
  10. Got my vinyl box set also. Everything looks great, but I haven't had the time to play them yet. I'm pretty bummed about the lack of digitals, and am not super keen to re-buy this on CD to rip copies. I guess I have some soul searching to do.
  11. Ok that explains a whole lot. I'll just sit here and enjoy it this time, given how much I have to import stuff from the UK.
  12. Tally Ho is the best, and I absolutely love the "Studio Sessions" as well. Throbbing Pouch has production that seems way ahead of the time it was released. I actually haven't checked "Sorry I Make You Lush", but I'm going in now.
  13. Ha. Seeing the title of the preview song on Bandcamp had me expecting that Negativland sample. So there's that warning about the cost of shipping to the US, but it only looks to be $5. Am I missing something?
  14. This is probably more of an EKT thing, but this loop pack from Ed(Opal Beats) is available, but apparently not for long. It's pretty great and features sleigh bells: https://dmx-krew.bandcamp.com/
  15. These previews... This might be my favorite since Tally Ho.
  16. This is great to see. Previews of the new stuff (and a bunch of other recent uploads) on ye olde SoundCloud: Edit: Oh shit. A proper release of "A Rubicon Fantasy". One of my favorite Cylob tracks ever.
  17. Neutron is an EQ/Compressor type plug that I'm already very impressed with. Further down in this thread is the suggestion to purchase Iris 2 for $10, and get RX7 for free, so I went ahead and did that too.
  18. Cool Mentasm/Drexciya vibes. I wonder if the vocal sample needs some EQing? There seems to be some excessive low end there.
  19. This is really great. Reminds me of Alessandro Cortini.
  20. Went for a sort of minimal thing this time out.
  21. Solid track through and through. The drum loop are really well cut up, and the DSP is really nice. That being said, I'd be interested to hear an ambient/minimal version with those background bells as well. They have a really nice hovering quality to them.
  22. Thanks for the feedback. I got a similar note on one of my acid tracks, and I think I need to maybe pump the breaks a bit on the variation overall.
  23. A little acid jam on the MPC to get back in the swing of things.
