Just finished Inside. One of the best games I've played in years. Fantastic visual and sound design, beautiful soundtrack, amazing character animations and what an astounding ending.

I had Pfeiffer's disease like a month ago and I still have an ear inflamation making any conversation a chore. This coincides with my new job where everyone is speaking French which I can barely understand with normal ears. Aaaaaargh.
Also, Google must be deliberately fucking with the Firefox support on YouTube. My Firefox supports h264 now, switch to that format if you can't serve webm you cunts.

I've got glandular fever since monday and it's driving me crazy. Talking, eating, drinking and sleeping are all very difficult.
These sleep deprivation hallucinations are pretty cool though. I can just close my eyes and complete scenes and stories unfold effortlessly in great detail.

I'm hooked to Mount & Blade: Warband + Floris mod again. The open world dynamics are so awesome. I'm finally getting pretty good at the combat, got some nice steady income and got married into a prominent family.

Hmm they're very jittery and robotic for me. Face expressions are good but not very dynamic or subtle. A lot of the camera work is jumpy as well. It's strange how a game which is composed out of many mediocre components manages to be so engaging.

First episode of new Walking Dead season is out. It's ok so far. Telltale should really get a mocap studio so they can improve their animation quality though...

I really enjoyed the first Bioshock: Infinite story DLC. Looks so damn crisp and I love the multiverse story. Too bad it's a bit too short and the action still feels drab. It runs like butter though, which makes me want to play Infinite again.

Ha! :) I spent a lot of time teaching a girl to pronounce "crazy" and English consonants.Missed my plane to Europe. Trying to find a way to stay a week longer in Vietnam. Lost my hotel... :s

Eventually found my hotel and returned home a few days later. You can really lose yourself in the mad chaos that is Saigon. Back in Belgium now and everything is so boring. :(

Bought the new Batman game thinking it was a Rocksteady game. Ugh. :( It might have the same gameplay mechanics but it doesn't have the level design, story or set pieces. Feels like a budget Rocksteady game. Why did I buy this. Warner Bros showing their true colors...

'Ministry of Tall Tales’ is an electronic music composition that reflects on hyperbolic orchestrations of political and social current affairs.
In this work, notions such as misinformation/disinformation, biased mental states, bigotry, dogma and ultimately corruption are brainchild of the composer in order to achieve a sonic spirit in abstract form.
Ludicrous and distorted human behaviors are told by magnifying musical intervals and entering the spaces in-between, and simultaneously dramatizing subtle microtonal motifs, ultra-fine polyrhythmic, polymetric and polytempic pitched patterns assemble the skeleton of an engine symbolizing various systems.
The configuration and framework of this mechanism represents both harmonious and non-harmonious aspects in society. Rearranging and coloring components of tradition, neglecting moral codes, and separating ingredients of rituals to showcase humankind’s failures and accomplishments.
The composer has been experiencing an immense amount of frustration, anger, confusion, helplessness and fear because of what has been happening in his surroundings and the sociopolitical system. Consequently, the music is contemplations on corruption, oppression and murder.
“Ministry Of Tall Tales” is an all-synthesis based work, dark and melodic with a noise aesthetic.
