    Shoegaze

It's unfortunate that Flying Saucer Attack hasn't been mentioned yet. Can't go wrong with any of their albums, though their self-titled and Further are the most praised.

    Shoegaze

They're not exactly shoegaze (close enough though), but anything by Flying Saucer Attack. Start with the first two albums.
  6. Oneohtrix Point Never should have done the soundtrack. Those samples are lame.
  7. Essential purchase (seriously though).
  8. Flying Saucer Attack - Oceans Also, nice to see an Ozric Tentacles fan.
  9. Why listen to Lustmord when you can listen to Deathprod, early Stars Of The Lid or Thomas Köner?
  10. which one of these genres? pick one and we can tell you. i'm interested in doom, sludge, drone, all of that, but for now, because of the topic, just doom i guess. i like earth... Some of Nadja's songs are instrumental. And the vocals aren't really in your face to begin with.
  11. No mention of Nadja yet? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7wL_5q0py4&feature=PlayList&p=BE7DB13F29F80E7D&playnext_from=PL&playnext=1&index=12 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xIzkoWxYD6Y

  14. I wouldn't lump Emeralds in there, if anything. Their latest album is to be released by Editions Mego...
  15. Yeah Blackest Rainbow has some good stuff. Just released that new Sylvester Anfang II album.

  20. Deftones on the list? And more than that, at the top of the list? You crazy bro. There wasn't any order on that list. That being said, Deftones are just not AS bad as some of their colleagues. They still associate with that scene though, as they tour with Korn and what not.
