Hey man!
Yep in Bris. You too? You heading down to Autechre in a few weeks?
i've been all grain homebrewing for about 5 years now. I have a keg set up at home with 3 taps. The beers got good after about 1 year but i've taught people now who can basically brew good beers now straight off the mark. Very rewarding hobby and it does save a bunch of money if you do drink a lot of beer :D
You're in Bris, yeh? All grain brewer over here. *waves*
I am indeed. On a shoe-string budget!

the last two eps of the terror were phenomenal. Jared Harris really carries it. getting hung up on the bear design is ridiculous.
Agreed. Love this series

Watched A Gray State last night. A rewarding but miserable watch.
also...:
Theory Of Obscurity: A Film About the Residents - 7/10

A Hat in Time when it finally releases

Cool, gonna pick up Namco Museum (again) on Switch eShop this Friday.
Thought Overcooked was out when I went to buy it last night (it wasn't). Bought Gonner instead.
It's pretty intense! Not usually a fan of roguelikes but this one has me coming back

Splatoon 2 is so much fun! Missed the first one, so enjoying this. My bootleg Amiibo cards came in handy as well, lol
the first one i really loved, it will be interesting to see how this one holds up, gonna buy it soon.
how's the music?
It's all over the place, some j-pop, some j-rock, some weird squid language singing, but damn it's so fully realized as a world, Nintendo has established what I'm sure is their next long running franchise (and the Youtube Splatoon anime series starts August 12, kinda like Pokemon Origins I believe).
BTW, what happened to Bitroast? He deleted his watmm account, and disappeared from Switch. Am I the only Switch owner left here, and by default once again the Nintendo evangelist? Also trying to secure an SNES Classic pre-order today, so I guess the answer is yes, lol.
I have a switch but don't have Splatoon. Next purchase is Zelda DLC and Overcooked

I would like to hear this

Splatoon 2 confirmed to have voice chat, welcome to 2005.
These commercials just get stupider, I guess jacking off virtual cocks is a major component of this console?
it is almost as if you can play it in different places

GameCube games will be added to Virtual Console on Switch; Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion and Smash Bros Melee already being ported, original Animal Crossing also in the works. It sounds like they will produce GameCube controller attachments as well.
I'd love to see the remastered Star Wars Rogue Squadron Trilogy released, that Factor 5 had ready to go on Wii years ago, but since they regrouped as a new developer, who knows if they still own that IP anymore.
that's enough to make it an insta-buy for me

The Malcolm speech about the leaks is the single greatest moment of that series

I've been looking in to 70s paranoia, films like Three Days of Condor, Klute, The Parallax View Three Days of Condor (6.5 / 10) reminds me of another film by the same director, Network, in that both have interesting and fascinating stuff in them but the whole is so,ewat less than the parts ... especially the director seem to lack experience or understanding of relations between men and women, the romantic element is very crappy ---
THe PArallax View (9/ 10)-- unexpectedly ( to me) strong, done in "formalist" manner like a cross between Kubrick and Hitchcock, striking cinematography, an excellent unsettling score ... feast for the senses -- ART
Klute (9/10).: same cinematographer and composer as above, plus Jane Fonda's great, convincing performance as a high class call girl/hooker
does The Conversation (1974) fit the bill?

I played the beta briefly, I love the art style, but it was incredibly boring and frustrating to me. It's just endless grinding for no apparent reason at all. Not worth it.Has anyone played The Tomorrow Children? Can't deny I'm fascinated by the concept, just wondering if there is more to it than possibly a half-baked satire of DLC/modern gaming
yup. it was fun for a few hours, but it got tedious really fast
DS3 DLC was pretty good, but too short. arena 3v3 battles are fun though
Yeah, The Tomorrow Children is visually and conceptually interesting, but agreed - endless grindfest with little payoff.
Gave it a shot today. LLooooove the art style, still have no idea what's going on

ya'll should watch goliath with b b thornton fam. it's basically a deeply 90's legal/conspiracy drama in 8 parts with a great and fun cast and all the necessary eccentricities of the genre. it kinda fizzles out towards the end and what was supposed to be a big climax is kinda underwhelming, but it's a really good run nonetheless.
Thanks for the tip. you haven't failed me thus far

Black Mirror s03e02 holy shit that was annoying. two gold stars for overacting
