  1.

looks like the PC version with DSFix.

Pretty much! Was totally expecting a fully updated lighting engine to make the whole thing look better with not too much effort.

Is there any news on pricing for the DS1 remaster? I'd love to play it through again but if it's going to be $40+ I can wait. I don't have PSPlus right now so I can't go online and rek newbs anywayz
    It's $40.

I only played parts of the original on 360 but gave up when I reached the swamp area and the fps lowered into what felt like rhe 10s. So I'll probably get this.

  2. It goes around the world

Just la la la la la

    It's all around the world

Just la la la la la

    And everybody's singing

La la la la la la

And now the bells are ringing

La la la la la, la la la la la la la, la la la la la, la la la la la la la

La la la la la, la la la la la la la, la la la la la, la la la la la la la

  3. I jumped straight into DS2, never played the first.

I actually didn't like it, found the battle mechanics repetitive and a little dull. Also didn't find it very rewarding, a little grindy (ironic yes since I play stuff like destiny or diablo etc).

Someone suggested Bloodborne was better I just haven't gotten around to it.

I felt BB was a pretty good entry point into the series. Healing is faster and movement is snappier, which makes it a lot easier to get into. DS2 is undeniably clunky, even if that's the point (with a heavy armor/shield/melee build at least...)

    I started dark souls 2. it's cool.

Man, I love Dark Souls 1 and 3 and Bloodborne, but I absolutely hated 2... didn't bother finishing.

I'm liking it so far. a bit too many poison areas so far and I don't like how human NPCs don't always seem to follow the game's own "rules". but outside of that, it's surprisingly fun. good music too.
