  1. Biosphere - Phantasm (from Patashnik) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8IHZKm-gZAA
  2. Apparently we both enjoy paranoid delusions. I assure I am in no way affiliated with this fellow, aside I suppose from being in the fabulous moustache club. See below and note I am blowing smoke in your face as a dominant response to your ridiculous accusatory nature. proof of nothing. noob hippy mischief, this.
  3. Maybe you didn't hear me. Self promotional attempts are admirable, but we're not stupid (and are offended that you think we are). and in the future, less gimmick.
  4. i just like that these glasses are flying along down the street.
  5. This is just one of the best things ever. Steve Reich - Variations for Winds, Strings and Keyboards. it's just the opening 2:00 mins of a 21 min. track but brilliant and in a Close Encounters of the Third Kind kind of way. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mETgHllnu2U Debussy's - La Mer (especially the 3rd Movement) was obviously the inspiration for John Williams' Jaws which in my book is gold. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doUPB0A3hFE
  6. yup. Ravel, Holst, Gershwin, Debussy, Wagner, Vaughan-Williams, Satie. 20th century is your best bet for just classic beautiful stuff. then there's lots of the modern good stuff that ends up being minimalist. Reich, Adams, Glass and so forth.
  7. yep: The Black Dog - Sex, Magick & Rave
  8. I'm OK w/ the Japanese as long as they do British style electronics. on a side, that Kiyoshi Izumi EP on Rephlex smelled of ass.
  9. Every fucking one of those other Eno Ambient series albums is better than Music for Airports. Even Ambient 3, Laraaji the guy w/ the zither is better than Ambient 1. Soulless robotic process theory record. Absolute worst genre defining record of all time.
  10. Underworld - Pearl's Girl (Carp Dreams...Koi) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9_PB7ACWWNg

    Shoegaze

None of it, stay far far away from pretty much all of it. j/k ;) ......no but really.
  12. i have some Ochre but never went to far with it. each release i own had about 2 or 3 listens. maybe i will get back to it soon. i don't know the other two, but i am interested. how should i start with those? Digitonal has that full length Save Your Light For Darker Days. that's a good starter. Infinite Scale, you should start w/ those first two EPs Sound Sensor and Automated Compositions
  13. eh ruiagnelo, did you ever get into Ochre, Infinite Scale, Digitonal or any of that Toytronic Records stuff? You'll really want to check that out, especially Ochre.
  14. i used to have this. it was pretty good, and it was great compared to what i've been hearing lately. edit: it's probably Richard.
  15. forgot these two if you forgot them, that means they're doing their job.
  16. idk but it's by far his best record. the first one was fun but he found his sound here.
  17. Colourbox - Looks Like We're Shy One Horse/Shoot Out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPCvSO5INnQ
  18. I'd like to crash a party as Daft Punk. who would ever know?
  19. Shit! i didn't know Andy Hughes was dead. apparently some kind of liver issue. man that fucking blows. r.i.p.
